Boulevard & Trumbull Towing

My car would not start and I needed assistance. I called several towing companies for a price. Boulevard & Trumbull was the lowest price and they arrived when they said they would! Some of the tow companies I called told me it would take them 2 hours or longer to service me. They charged me what they had quoted! My experience was great! I would highly recommend them!

My tire blew out on I-75 this week. A state trooper came to my car and called this company. They got to the scene in less than 10 minutes and had my tire changed shortly after that.

I just got over having the flu, and having a broken wrist, so I was unable to change my tire because the lug nuts were on real tight. I called to ask this company to see if they changed tires. (I already had my car jacked up, spare sitting next to my car, and my OWN lug nut tool). The guy comes and so I ask on the way to the car in the garage how much it was going to cost me. He says 75 dollars. FOR A TIRE CHANGE!?! Whatever, I have no choice, I need my car its my only way to work that evening. The guy tries to get my lug nuts off with his tool, which doesnt work. So says he needs to use my tool. He changes the tire. Then calls to pre-authorize my credit card. He asks the guy how much they are charging, $65? Yeah, so they charge 65, plus the 3 or 5% credit card charge that they forgot to mention. So he charges me $70. A math genius at work here. Well now the tire wont move since it was installed. I call the company to ask for some help saying I'm not sure the issue but since it was changed its not working. He says well its not their fault and their is nothing they will do. I ask if they can send someone out to look at it, he says yeah for $50 dollars. I ended up calling a different company to take care of the issue, which oh, WAS their fault the guy put the tire on incorrectly. I would never, EVER recommend them. No customer service. Complete rip off.

I Had A Car Towed By Boulevard And Trumbull Towing
They Told Me My Charges Were Going To Be
$50 To Hook It Up And $5 Per Mile
Flat Rate
They Ended Up Charging Me $125.00 Total And they Only Drove
Me 6 Miles Away

Being a young single parent and being stranded in Detroit on the freeway I was terrified and a friendly driver from Boulevard and Trumbull saved my day and possible my young child. I will always recommend Boulevard & trumbull.

WOW!!! Amazing service! When my car was broke down I called Boulevard Trumbull to the rescue and they were there within 1/2 hour. The driver was more than professional. Most definately call again when I need service.

I've called Boulevard Trumbull Towing a couple of times when my work truck broke down in the detroit area. They get to you pretty soon compared to most towing companies that take over an hour. The staff is friendly and very professional. I've noticed the cost of them to tow you is cheaper than most other big name towing companies. I know if I break down again I'm going to definitly call Boulevard Trumbull Towing to help me out.
