Workers and false reviews
by Anonymous
People that work at Fitness USA find the only way to get decent reviews on the web is to do it themselves. David Anderson works for the Fitness USA and I'm he isn't the only one putting misleading reviews on the web. Also, check out the better business bureau! There is some great reading there re: this company.

I have been a member of Fitness USA for a long time. They had a major change since I have been a member. They remodeled it back in 2005 annd since then it has gotten a little better. Before when the women can go on Monday,Wednesday, and Friday they can now go on the guys day which is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday but you can't use the locker room on those days. they also added Sunday for women and longer hours.

This center was remodeled November 2005. More room. More equipment. Open 7 days a week now for both sexes. Open 6am weekdays. Plus, the most affordable tanning I've seen anywhere. Pool, sauna...I love it!
PROS: Great prices
CONS:

I am a lifetime member of Fitness USA.. they have an equal number of pros and they do cons.. they are open 6 days a week in which they alternate, men one day, women the next, so each sex gets 3 days a week in which they are allowed to come work out, they have several locations and they alternate so it's easy enough to be able to work out pretty much any monday-saturday.. they have classes you can take during the hours they are open too.. the downfall about these gyms is that they are small and only have a limited amount of space, which equals a limited number of machines, which eqauls a lot of wasted time waiting for machines.. it's rather annoying and if I wasn't already a lifetime member, I probably wouldn't be a member at all.. I mean really, who wants to go to the gym for an hour and have to spend half the time waiting in long lines!!

This gym is conveniently located but not conveniently open, as it is Men only three days a week and Women only three days a week. All of the FUSAs are SMALL, very SMALL. Never any machines open. No room to do anything except squeeze by other people to wait in a long line to use a machine. Personal trainers? Do not bother them unless you are already svelte and do not need any help. Do not forget the hard sell if you have a one-week free membership. Remember, NOTHING is free.
