Antec Apartment Finders

I was relocating to Detroit as well and made an appointment weeks in advance. They were completely unprepared for me and had no leads waiting for me.

They advertise being a free service but charge you a credit check fee before showing you a single property.

Their customer service skills are aweful as the rep had the mouth of a sailor.
A complete waste of time.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found out that they had an F rating - which is the worst rating a business can get. I can't imagine how this place is still in business. This place is a cancer of Woodward.

They may do an adequate job of providing the information needed to assisting you in finding an apartment, but their customer service is very poor. The only reason anyone would do business with them is if they absolutely had to.
