This place is second to none in BAD!!! Service, they are completely inconsistent with quotes\r
I was involved in an accident with my business truck and the police at the scene called them,\r
they got there quick, 5 minutes later smelling

If you are looking to experience a bad service, use Westland car care towing....I do not recommend this towing company to anyone at all.....drivers are so unfriendly and inconsiderate.

I called tonight asking for a tow and was virtually laughed at and told they couldn't do it...not sure why they are in the towing business if they can't tow. Will never call them again.

I called my automobile roadside assistance service for a tow, and they said a tow truck would arrive between 40 - 70 minutes. 75 minutes later, the towing company dispatcher called me to say they were on their way and would be another 30 minutes. A few minutes after that, roadside assistance called to see if my tow truck came, and I informed them of the call I just received. They told me to call them back if the tow truck didn't arrive. I called back three times, every 30 minutes, and each time roadside assistance called the towing company, who kept saying it'd be 30 minutes, 30 minutes, and then finally saying they weren't going to make it. Elapsed time that I spent in my broken car, at night, in below-freezing temperatures of 10F, was 3 hours. \n\nI called this morning to give management at Westland Car Care the opportunity to make the situation right, and was given the runaround by the receptionist, who did not give me her name and would not connect me to a manager. She claimed that I told roadside assistance to cancel the tow truck 90 minutes after the initial call, and argued with me when I explained to her that this was not what happened at all. When I asked why I would cancel a tow truck if I was still stranded in my car, and why roadside assistance would take three more calls from me in the meantime (do we assume they were pretending to call Westland Car Care to check up on the ETA?), she went on a rant about how this was a problem I would have to address with roadside assistance, not with them.\n\nShe said that could try to tow my car this morning, but it would be a 2-3 hour wait. No apology, no remorse, and no consideration. She did say that because I was in a safe place and not injured, other calls took priority--when I asked why I wasn't told this last night, she said that she didn't work last night and couldn't answer. My repeated requests to speak to a manager were declined. \n\nIf they couldn't provide service, they should have simply said so. I would have then had the opportunity to find a reliable, reputable company who could be bothered to fulfill their commitment.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF! STAY AWAY! They came to the accident scene without a call. Plastered on the tow truck was AAA and Westland Police Towing. The accident was minor. The towing driver tried to push their collision center on me but I refused. I told him I wanted my car dealer. He towed me 5 miles and charged $240. When you call the place to get a quote they say $50 hook up plus $3 a mile. When I went to the place to dispute the bill the man behind the counter claimed it was $105 to tow to a dealer and $4 a mile. I showed him a Google map that it was 5 miles and he was dismissive of it. He was confrontational but said he would talk to the driver. Later he called and said don't worry about it since the insurance company will cover it. Wonder why your insurance rates are so high??? THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF STAY AWAY!!!

My car needed to be towed. This car service station came to my rescue. The man that came helped me try to fix my car before he towed it away to save me some money. I needed to drive it down the street to a gas station, but I needed to two foot it, which I couldn't do, so he drove my car for me. He was very helpful but finally had to tow it. I was very happy that he tried his hardest to save me some money. Thanks Westland Car Care!

I had someone run into my car in a parking lot and they asked me to get three quotes. This company had the highest quote, over $150 more than the second highest. They may do good work, but I did not find out. I was a little annoyed at the time it took to get the quote.

PROS: they had a coffee pot
CONS: Small waiting room, in area with few other businesses near
