We chose this medical center but its service is becoming worse and worse, and couldn't be worst recently.
They really give me a big headache in my son's recent
visit.
The first one was on 3/11/2008. My son felt throat pain
and ear pain. My insurance denied because this center
sent a damn wrong procedure code. I spend weeks talk to them and my insurance company to deal with it.
The second time was on 4/17/2008 for Routine immunizations. my insurance denied because they sent
the bill with my son's wrong age. What is going on with them?
The third on was also on 4/17/2008. I called the appointment for "Routine Well Child Care Exam"
and I actually checked with my insurance for the coverage for a peace of mind. However, the bills come me again since what they called "Routine exam" were not covered by my insurance company.
I called the office manager, Suze, about the bill, she said I need to talk to Margaret about the billing. When I called her, she is very impatience and rude. I asked her why the "Routine Well Child Care Exam" is so difference from the doctor and my insurance company, she hang up the phone.
My fellow citizens, Have you met a doctor or a doctor's office like this? I'm definitely change a doctor for my son.
Get rid of this office.
