The customer service is great, and I have never had a problem dealing with them. Their rent to own program is wonderful, and the prices are fair. Very friendly.

Eastside Music provides instruments for rent for the students at my son's school. They have very reasonable rental packages, with discounts if you choose to buy the instrument. And they are great at servicing the instruments. My son lost a screw on the stand and had some of the keys bent on the bell set. I just brought it in and they fixed it while I waited. They also are very helpful about recommending music teachers. They stand by all their equipment and repairs, too.

PROS: Good service, nice selection
CONS: None I can think of

I went in there to get some information and help in teaching my child how to play the instrument and they provided me with some good information and a book for me to buy to teach her on how to play, they are great people who work there.
