Huge portions, great prices, really good food. Exactly the kind of Chinese place you would want in your neighborhood. I love it. And to the reviewer who complained about the screen doors being open-- heaven forbid you ever visit a farm and see where food comes from. Give me a break.

The prices are fantastic and the food is acceptable... nothing special but generally acceptable. The portion size is larger than you would expect. "Atmosphere" isn't normally one of my bigger concerns but Beijing Kitchen is an exception.

Two memories of Beijing Kitchen stand out. The first was the fist fight between two vagrants right outside the front window. Eventually the local police arrived and hauled one of the participants away ending the impromptu floor show.

My second memory is even less appealing. During warm weather the front door is left standing wide open and there is no screen door. Diners are forced to share their meal with the flys or designate one hand to keeping the filthy little beggars at bay. I really wish I was exaggerating.

Now comes my biggest concern. When flys are crawling over everything in sight I can't help but think they're also crawling all over everything NOT in sight... like the entire kitchen and it's contents. Stay away.

Menu for Beijing kitchen: http://beijingkitchengr.com
Great food at a great price. $4.99 buffet that includes free Faygo pop (but not Diet Coke. Faygo only!), ice cream, delicious Chinese food.
