I caled a few places to get estimates for an in ground sprinkler system so I could not water my grass manually daily! They cam right out, and explained in detail what would need to be done, wrote an estimate, and answered all my questions. The man seemed very professional and knowledgable. I did not go with them, nut the experience I had during the estimate was very good! Average prices.

I had their sprinkler system installed in 2007. When they winterized it at the end of the year, they did not leave the drain cap. I now cannot use the system. I called on May 26 and was told they would not deliver a part nor send one overnight mail. I was told that they would only send via regular mail. I even tried to buy one at Lowes, but they did not have the correct size.

I did not receive the part so I called back the following Monday. I was again told that they would not deliver the part, now would they send one overnight. It has now been almost two weeks and still no part.

I just called for the fourth time and continue to receive very poor customer service. Nothing is being done to resolve my issue.

Be very careful before you decide to go with this company as their customer service has been been very poor and unresponsive. If you decide to use this company, be aware that you may have problems if you need anything after installation.

My mother had to get some stuff done on her yard and she called around had companys come out give her a rate. She found that this company was a tiny bit higher than others but the employees where great compared to others so she went with them. They came out and did what she needed done and they were just great to deal with professional and very nice. The store is not that big but its clean.
