One of my worst customer service experiences ever. It started with the appointment. I tried booking online, but they used an old email address, not the one I included in the request, so I was delayed in hearing from them. When I showed up for the appointment - for an oil change - they had no idea who I was or why I was there, and acted like I was interrupting their day. One hour later I finally got out of there.

The next morning my vehicle wouldn't function. It started but then immediately stalled out. When I called the dealership, they said that they were very busy loading in that day's service appointments and it might be awhile until someone could call me back. When I asked how long, they said maybe an hour. I explained that they broke my car and waiting for an hour to talk to someone was not acceptable. I discovered I was talking to hold music. So I hung up. About a half-hour later I got a call back from the service manager, who asked a couple of basic questions, like were there any warning lights, then advised me to have it towed in. So, we had the car towed in. He said he would call back that day to let me know what they found.

By 3:20 that afternoon I hadn't heard from them, so I called to find out what was going on. After being transferred to three different people, I was finally told that they hadn't got to it and might not get to it. Oh, and did I need transportation? We had to go back and forth about getting a car from Enterprise, since I had an appointment at 4pm, it was tricky.

I eventually got my car back the following day. They said they had to replace the mass airflow sensor. No other explanation, no refund, not apology. Thankfully all of it was covered by the warranty.

And no more business for them from me!

Beware of their coupon for oil change and tire rotation. It appears that the technicians frequently decide the customers tires do not need rotation and therefore invalidates the customer coupon. Thus, you end up paying $30.00 for what the customer was lead to believe would be a $19.00 oil change and tire rotation.

I've bought my last 4 cars from Pat Iding. He is so polite and professional. He always gives me a great deal. Any time I have needed service or an oil change, Jerry, the service manager is always there to help me and answer all my questions. The nicest bunch of people! I highly recommend this dealership!!!!!!!!

Best service department in Lansing, after taking my car to Graff 5 times for repairs and still not fixed I decided to take it to Bud Kouts, they had it diagnosed and fixed the same day! Been going there since, everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Everyone at bud kouts chevy seems very nice, they always greet you with a smile and a hello. I have never bought a vehicle there but the service is exceptional. Great service at a fair price! Loaner cars and shuttle service is great. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else

Bud Kouts sold us a 2004 GMC "Certified" Envoy, after hitting a deer with the truck we found once the fender was removed at the body shop that the frame had been chopped and welded previously from a MAJOR WRECK and cobbled suspension parts added to offset the frame damage - then "Certified" as a top condition used vehicle by Bud Kouts - the wreck was not on Carfax or anywhere in the vehicle records. When we confronted them the management offered to "help" us sell the vehicle for 6000 to 7000 at auction to "dump it for us", this after we paid over 16,000 for it. They completely skirted responsibility for the issue and did not make good on the vehicle, they are not a trustworthy or viable dealer of certified GM products, they are not client oriented and we will never buy another vehicle from them. Deal with someone like Shaheen, steer clear of Bud Kouts at all costs.

Excellent customer service when first selling me my vehicles. Not so great with repairs and corrections when I first brought my vehicle in. They have painted wrong areas of the car, cross threaded oil filters, not hooked back up electronics, amongst other things for me. Almost every service item has needed me to revisit them. If I have a choice, I go elsewhere. But I do purchase from them. The sales crew are great!

Very poor customer service. It seems that they are more concerned about running a business and making money that people.

The price they charge for repairs was very expensive.

I would recommend going to another place to have your car fixed.

They have a service prices that are 30-50 percent higher than the competition. When you take a car in there they quote a price for fixing your vehicle that is considerably higher than other places.

We went there trusting that we would receive an honest assessment of the problems of our vehicle and also fair pricing for service. Unfortunately we were disappointed. When we confronted them with our concern - they were kind but condescending.

I know that GM has been facing financial troubles because of the bankruptcy that has been recently filed - and that the dealers make a significant profit from servicing their vehicles. But taking advantage of the perceived ignorance of certain customers for profit is simply unacceptable.

I took my 2000 cavalier to Bud Kouts to get the headlights repaired twice....it turned out that I shouldn't have gone there in the first place. My car had problems with the electrical system for the headlights....instead of replacing the bad wires, they wrapped them in duct tape and called it a day. This obviously was just a quick fix to get the car out of the shop. The repair only lasted for about a month before I had to take it in again.....same thing occurred, and a month later I got fed up and took it to a different dealership....They fixed it properly, and after alot of argueing, I got my money back from Bud Kout's.....Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be taken advantage of.

They offer great repair work for all GM cars. The atmosphere and enviroment is great and they really treat you with respect. Their pricing for the repairs is a bit pricey however the parts and service are above average so it is definitely worth the added cost.

I repaired my car at bud kouts for several time. The guys there are nice. And they have a van which can give you a ride home or pick you up. I like there.

We have bought vehicles from Bud Kouts and have been satisfied. We have also had service done there and have also been satisfied. So far, we have not had a problem with them. Some of the salesmen are "typical salesmen" but other than that, it is a nice place.

The service is satisfied. The wonderful thins is that they have free pick-up svc. after you leave your car with them. I think they are trustable. However the quality is just so so. The price is a little expensive.

Bud Kouts Chevrolet is the only place I will buy cars in the future. I went to two other Chevy dealers in town and they were rude. A sales person at one of them told me that I couldn't afford the car I was looking at. He didn't know me or my financial situation. I immediately left and went to Bud Kouts. Pat Iding showed me the car I was interested in. He didn't judge me by the way I looked. Too bad for those other dealerships. Turns out I could afford that car and I am driving it today. I love my new Camaro!
