The service was great and the prices were great they were very helpful We got our tuxes and dresses from there and were very satisfied The staff was very nice and they gave us top of the line designers at half the price. Great job.

Don't shop here. They are not very friendly. Get better merchandise elsewhere. I had been in here once before and it was ok. I called to inquire about a dress and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone.This is not a miracle, this is a disaster.

I had worked with Miracle Wedding Village previously as my cousin, whose wedding I was in, had her bridesmaids dresses ordered though here. I was honestly not very impressed at first so I did not consider them when looking for my gown.
Come to find out, the gown that I wanted, a lovely Alfred Angelo, was only available at MWV, unless I wanted to drive across the state of Michigan.
So we ordered the dress - so easy. Louise at Miracle Wedding Village was so thorough and sweet. The rest of the staff is so wonderful too! Dress came in quickly and I received a very excited phone call that it had arrived.
I then also ordered my bridesmaids dresses at Miracle Wedding Village. Also easy even though i had a heck of a time deciding on which dress I wanted, MWV did have so many samples in the store to look at, it wasnt as difficult.
MWV also has tuxedos as well as wedding supplies like invitations, favors, unity candles, toasting flutes, guestbooks, veils, hair pieces and tons more!! Although we didnt purchase anything besides dresses, it was so good to have that option right there.
One of the downfalls of this vendor was the cost of alterations. Now I am not expert, but based on what I paid and the feedback I got from my bridesmaids, it seemed a little high. But because their gown prices are so reasonable, they off set each other. (They also have some coupons on their website!)
Lastly, this store worked wonders on my wedding day. Unfortunately, they had forgotten to put the tie to my gown in the dress bag when I had picked up the gown 2 days earlier. We found this out about 45 mins before the ceremony. My cousin Kristin, with the urging of my mom, called the store and with a bit of force, asked that someone bring it to the hall immediately as we were on our way out the door. Louise showed up to Crystal Gardens before we did! She had to drive almost 20 miles and we came less than 2. She prompty tied me up herself, right there in the lobby of the hall. Gave me a hug and best wishes and she was off. Now it was a little stressful, and i was a little upset, but when someone can pull through and correct their mistake so brilliantly you cant ask for much more.

If you really want a deal - sure, this is the place. But if there are ANY problems with the dress at all, don't count on them to help you for a second. It's your fault, your problem, and forget about any sort of refund or reduction of price. The customer is NOT right here. I will never recommend them to anyone for as long as I live. As a bride, you have enough to worry about without your dress getting screwed up by the shop.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The DO NOT work on commission, they just want to help you find the perfect dress. My dress is everything i have ever wanted. i would recommend this place to anyone who wants to find a beautiful dress for half the price of any commercial bridal shop.

All dresses came in to small of size. The shop measured and ordered all dresses wrong. Owner and sales people were horribly rude when trying to resolve the problem. Never apologized
PROS: the seamstress was nice
CONS: Sales girls don't know how to measure or read sizing charts.

I went to the Miracle Wedding Village and picked up SO many items for my wedding and saved so much money here. I did however decide to pass on the clothing/gowns/tuxes there because they just didnt have a very nice display to show off the gowns or tuxes but they have a HUGE variety of favors to create on your own and many accessories much needed for weddings. They gave us a great deal too!
Friendly and I believe its family owned which makes it much better! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING MIRACLE WEDDING VILLAGE

CONS: The hours they are open aren't convenient for most who work.

I used the Miracle Wedding Village for my wedding. I was very pleased with my dress, but the sizing of the tuxedos were slightly off. Their prices are very reasonable , in fact their prices were the best I found after visiting several businesses. They worked with me in my situation because I was pressed for time and they still gave me an additional discount even in spite of those circumstances.
