I have leased my last 5 Lincoln's from Varsity in Novi
the service I have recieved is outstanding,I qualify for Ford"s Aplan and Varsity always gives me more car for my money than the other dealers I have visited....The service after the sale I recieve really sets them apart from other dealers I have leased or bought from previously....Karen my salesperson provides pick up and delivery to my office or home for for any service or routine maintenence required for my MKZ...I would highly recommend them. I took my car to the Varsity Service Department to have the first oil change done. During the service the Mr. Stevens tried to sell me new wiper blades and the car wasn't 6 months old. Talk about a rip off!

Unlike the service department of this dealership the Body & paint department is a pleasure to deal with. From the person who does the estimate to the person who professionally cleans the interior before they return they car, all of the personel are great and I could not tell my car had been in an accident.
