I ordered a couch and recliner on December 1, 2012 and was told to expect delivery by the first of the year, since then I have been given 4 different dates at my prompting because I have yet to get a call from Williams furniture....today

Loved my Williams furniture experience! We went there on a whim and ended up purchasing furniture for our bedroom and living room. What a nice surprise that everything is American made we used their half back plan to buy the mattress and

Went to Williams looking for a mattress and headboard/footboard. Made our decision and placed the order...after the order was written up and paid for, that is when we were told that it would be up to 30 days for the headboard/footboard to arrive. Not happy about that, we left the store and started to wait in hopes that our order would arrive early. Just before the 30 day mark we contacted the store a few times and told by the gal answering the phone that it could be another couples weeks because the manufacturer needs a full load before bringing orders. Not happy with this response, we reached out to the owner/manager. Pretty much the same response. Got the run around and it sounded as though the order may have not even been placed with the manufacturer. It is now about 39 days and we still don't have our order. Every day we contact them we are put out another day. Not happy with service and will not shop Williams again. Wanted to shop a local company...but will search for others with better customer service.

A women there was just completely rude, lied about when I would have the couch by, and seemed kind of nuts. Never will buy anything from there again because of her.

MY name is Ted Bulson and I baught a nice looking Living Room set that was delivered end of Nov 09, By the new year the couch was sagin so bad it hurts your back to sit in it and it now sits so low that you cant harlly get off of it. After calling they did finally make it out a couple of weeks later and agreed it needed new coushins. Still problem not solved so I called back and they said they would be back to look at it, they still have not been out to look at it and Iam stuck with a new couch that sits worse than the used one i got rid of that i baught used, and yes I baught the warranty but it does no good if you cant get them to look at. Fed up in Muskegon

At first, my husband and I were very impressed with Williams Furniture. We went in looking for a couch, and found a great sectional that we both fell in love with. The price was great and the in-store customer service was wonderful while we were trying to pick out our couch. When we put in our order for the couch, we were told that it would be three weeks before we could have it delivered because they did not have any in stock. I commented that we needed to have it before April 1st, and was told that this wouldn't be a problem. Today is April 1st, and I have no new couch in my living room. I called yesterday to ask about my couch and was told that it could be another week to a week and a half before I see my couch. I have out of town company coming to stay with me this weekend and needed this couch by the time they get here - at this rate, it doesn't look like it will happen. I would have liked to have been given an honest answer up front - if they did not know when my couch would be delivered, they should have said so rather than promising me a date they were not able to stick to. I am very unimpressed with this aspect of Williams Furniture's customer service.

At the last moment--ready to give up, I remembered Williams Furniture--my husband was ready to give up, but I encouraged him to let's go and see---right away, Sean greeted us, asked us what we were interested in, how could he help us, and immediately listened and matched the sale price given by the previous ad! Not only are we impressed with his customer service but we have purchased a far better product--made in the USA! Thank you Sean--we will recommend your personal service to our friends!
