What a difference from buying a vacuum at Walmart or Best Buy. The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to several brands I had not been aware of. After researching the Miele vacuum they recommended, the Miele Capricorn, I was amazed to find out what I had been missing with my bagless vacuum. I couldn't be happier with my new Miele. Go see the folks down at Bank's, they really know there stuff. I will be a customer for life!

For $638.00 I received a defective vacuum straight out of the box. A refund was promised then denied. The vacuum was a Miele Pisces. I gave them another chance and received another defective vacuum. Read my review at www.TheSqueakyWheel.com

This place is one of the best in town for vacuum parts, bags and belts. They also do repairs and servicing in-house very reasonably. They also stock a good selection of vacuum cleaners - at great prices. The staff are very approachable and always keen to help - this place knows how to keep their customers happy!
