There is little in life that I miss more than Togo's sandwiches. Granted, I was raised a scant few blocks from here, so I am a touch biased.
The 16 is the "classic italian sub sandwich." And it is perfect at that. When you start with

I graduated in '03 from NMU and Togo's was definitely in the stable of classic eats in Marquette. Their subs are top notch, but definitely not in the "health food" category. Give me a large Torpedo with a little horseradish sauce and I'll be happy camper for a while. Nothing beats their classic brown bag it style, but most importantly they deliver (or at least used to). I can't recall a single Subway willing to bring their meals to your dorm before an all night cram session.

but I went to NMU in the late '60s and Togos was THE place for a sub. I still remember their Italian (signature sub) with melted cheese--to die for! I hope the previous reviewer just got there on an 'off' day--I remember Togos as the best sub anywhere (Subway can't compare)!

Really, if you want better deals go to subway or make your own sub, I was very disappointed with what i got here, it was somewhat pricey and really nothing special. You could make this at home and it would be much better. I would only go here if i was really hungry and subway wasn't open. but I would recommend going to subway over this place. Also the people working here were not the best. Even Jean Kays is better than this place.
