.

Please be aware that you may get some VERY, VERY, SALTY soup. I purchased 2 Quarts of soup, I matzo and 1 chicken noodle (there was not a sliver of chicken in ckn noodle soup and it was not cheap)and when I got it home it was SOOO SALTY, no added amount of water could fix it and I threw it out. I should have brought it back instead of throwing it out. I could not call the deli right away so I called the next day to let them know that the soup I purchased the day before was extremely salty and inedible and who ever is in the kitchen should be careful of the amount of salt/seasonings they add to the soup and TASTE it before they put it out. The person who answered the phone seemed as if she could care less and responds with "ok." I said, "ok"???, Is that it ??? and her response was yes, so I hung up. I never asked for a refund since I purchased the salty soup the day before but an "I'm sorry, I appreciate you letting us know," would have made me feel as if they were concerned about the quality of their products. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT an option during these times when so many places are competing for our business. It's too bad that businesses exist and don't realize that WORD OF MOUTH is the strongest tool out there for the success of their business..

Cons: extremely salty soups and below average customer service in response to customer concern
