Country Inn & Suites Birch Run

If we go back down to Birchrun we would stay at the same motel we were very please with the surrounding etc. Thank you

I was beyond happy with this hotel experience. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Nice rooms and clean bathrooms. I will definitely go back.

This was one of the best travel values I have ever gotten. We got clean rooms with king size beds and a sleeper sofa, hot Jacuzzi by the pool, and great breakfast bar in the morning. It was an excellent location for shopping, too.

We arrived about 40 minutes early and were greeted graciously and said our room was ready! I asked for additional pillows and again they gave them with no questions asked. The breakfast was great for our needs and the hostess was very pleasant and cleaned our table off for us as we finished. We like the convenience of the hotel right across the streets from the outlets but our overall visit was great and I'm sure we will stay there again and again!!!

We always enjoy our stay with your hotel. It is clean and very nice for the price we pay, the new breakfast room(since we have been here last year)was a very very nice surprise. We especially like to chat with Andy for he is a very positive and charming staff person. We were sorry we missed him on this trip but look forward to seeing him in the fall. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Spent the Presidents Weekend at the hotel. Was exactly what we needed, clean rooms, friendly service.

this was one of the best hotels i have been to in a long time. let me first tell you about the great service this hotel has to offer the front desk are fabulous very nice and kind and all the staff are great. the main thing i like about this hotel is its the only one straight across from the outlet mall i don't no that area that well so it was very nice to have that close to all of me and my family. the pool is so good because i have a 8 year old and he loved it!!!!!!! i mean its at the best price to. i mean times are hard but at this hotel the price is right and the service its great. the best time ever!!!!! hope you will have a chance to see it for your self!!!!!

I drove up to the Country Inn and Suites expecting it to be fairly expensive due to its perfect location virtually inside the Birch Run Shopping Plaza. I didn't have a reservations or had a chance to check TripAdvisor on how well it rates. What shocked me was how cheap the room rates were ($59 for a weekday night in early June!). That's a steal for very well equipped 3 star hotel with hot breakfast and an indoor swimming pool. There is even a welcome chocolate chip cookie at the reception when you check in and free coffee and tea in the lobby! the rooms were quite large, but nothing special. It's a little old, but well maintained. The beds were too soft for my taste but I don't even feel right to complain about anything at that price. Maybe its the bad Michigan economy or the fact that they had many empty rooms that weekday night I stayed is why the rate was so cheap. I would stay there again without hesitation

The hotel was very nice. The pool was very clean and they did not strictly enforce the closing time, which was nice with the 4 teenagers we had. The rooms were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was very nice and pleantiful. We did have problems with the toilet in our original room, but we had staff there within a few minutes and eventually got transfered to a better room for our discomfort. Overall a great stay and our daughter greatly enjoyed her birthday there!

This hotel was absolutely incredible. There are a bunch of restaurants, and a gas station right around the corner. It it a prime location located right across from the huge strip malls, its too good to pass up. We were left a nice note from our maid, who did a great job cleaning up our room. The hotel and room we stayed in were all up to date and in great condition. They had wireless internet in the room itself and the room was very cheap. They also had a continental breakfast from 6am-9am, but I never got up early enough to try it, but it did smell good. The hotel also has an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a public computer in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions of the surrounding area. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect is if there was a microwave and fridge in the room, but other than that, this hotel is a hidden gem.

We went Mid-Week and found the rooms quiet, service pleasant and breakfast excellent. The breakfast room had lots of seating for all those present and the staff took care to keep things clean and replenished. Overall an enjoyable experience!

I took advantage of being able to check my e-mail and check for directions in the lobby. It is an excellent idea and convience to have a computer in the lobby since some of us do not bring laptops with us. That as great!!! I will stay here again when in the area! Thank you Shelly

The hotel was conveniently located by the outlet shopping center where we wanted to shop. It was very clean and provided good service. We would stay there again.
