Wow! I can't believe the other reviews. This is the only place I'll go. The girls that work there are always friendly. They're constantly cleaning, vacuuming, etc. The beds are always totally clean and sanitary. Last month I brought in a competitor's coupon for Level 3 for $14.99. They not only honored it, they beat it by a buck. What a savings! I hope I never move far away . . . it will be hard to find a place I like this much!

Everytime I've ever taken a coupon in there they have never honored it. It's either a scam or they have some reason of why it is not honored. They're customer service is poor at best. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

I went to tan here, and I wasn't happy at all. First of all, the employees were not friendly or helpful at all. I bought a package for a month for about $70 and I went into the tanning bed they told me to go into and there was a gum wrapper on the bed. How could someone have possibly cleaned the tanning bed if there was a gum wrapper on the tanning bed?? Obviously, it was not cleaned because there was a dirty gum wrapper on the bed. Cleanliness is most important. The prices aren't good, service was bad, and on top of all that, there was a nasty dirty gum wrapper on the bed.
