Simply put avoid at all costs.

I needed a recirculation pump repaired that was leaking. They came overcharged me excessively. and didn't fix the problem. They they brought an alleged "new pump" charged me another 50 dollars. It has never worked since the day they installed it. And they wont return calls, refund the money or fix the problem. Frank and his crew talk a good line and I bought it, but they are criminals and will be prosecuted as such.

Had a new furnace & a/c unit installed on July 2, 2010, today is July 15, 2010 & is the 7th time the unit has frozen up, IF Frank returns my call today will be the 6th time they have come out to fix. Price was great, Frank said all the right things AT THE START, after unit was installed, it has been downhill ever since, Frank doesn't return phone calls, very poor customer service. His employee Matt has been AWESOME, professional, explains things & has worked hard to resolve this issue....while Frank has been NO WHERE AROUND. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.
