I leased a 2013 Ford Escape from Teresa in June and the whole experience was great. She was very polite and easy to deal with. I got the exact Escape I was looking for. I just brought it in for an oil change and their service department was professional and quick. Unlike some other dealerships I've dealt with, at Dorian Ford I feel very comfortable buying and servicing my cars!

Purchased 2008 Mercury Mariner 7/9/12, drove 1 week, 532 miles. Transmission failed while driving. Arranged to get it to closest FORD dealer, who found the trans fluid level above high-mark (somebody added something to fluid / additive). they did a complete trans evaluation. Estimated $3000 to replace complete transmission (severe internal damage). I was told the fluid was also burned & smelled, and this obviously had been going on for much more than 500 miles. Wife took vehicle to Dorian FORD, and was informed by the manager this was a legal business transaction, and ethics didn??t matter. Manager told my wife I was ignorant not to know the 2008~2010 Escape??s & Mariners were notorious for this transmission problem at 70,000 miles, and how dumb I was to purchase one with 70K miles on the clock anyway. Then he made a joke about it being on the side-lot when I picked it up in case it broke down on the way out. She was told he has no problem sticking me with this and he will sleep fine knowing it was no longer his problem. He then offered us a 10% discount on the $3000 service. He also claimed the other FORD dealer who did the eval was incompetent & since they did the evaluation, it is now their problem, not his. THIS WAS 1 WEEK & ONE TANK OF GAS AFTER PURCHASE FOR $14000!!! We are checking with the previous owner (discovery) if it was disclosed to Dorian this vehicle had transmission issues. This will confirm they knowingly sold a vehicle in need of major repair. I believe it was well known by the treatment we received today.

AVOID THIS DEALER OR LOSE BIG!

Leased a new 2012 Explorer from Mike Dorian Ford and simply love it. Chose the bucket seats in the middle instead of the bench which works great with my kid's car seats.Worked with Lisa at Dorian and she was very helpful. Went to another dealer before meeting Lisa and wasn't provided enough information and not sure about the price. A friend told me to call Lisa and I'm glad I did. She not only gave me a better price, my payment was much lower. I was able to test drive a few different vehicles and look at various options & colors which helped me make my decision. Lisa was VERY patient and explained all the electronics to me when we picked it up. Touch start & collision warning nice options. The overall experience at Dorian was excellent and we are all enjoying our new Explorer. Thank you Ford.

The cars are extremely organized and they had me out on the road in my new car the same day I walked in. The prices were a tad too stiff, but my salesperson helped me out and we got a perfect price negotiated. I am happy with my experience and when my lease is up I will be back to get another car.

Great place to buy and service cars. I bought a Fiesta a while back from Steve and he made it easy. Today I go in there and the kid paid for my oil change! Very nice of him. I would recommend this place. They are nice, not stuck up like other places I've been. I have serviced my car at another dealer, when I asked for a ride home they actually asked if I bought the car there? When I said no, the guy says "if you would have bought it here I would help you out" HA! Never going back to those db's.

the service department at dorian ford sucks! they lied to me and screwed me out of a lot of money. do yourself and your wallet a favor and have your service done at another ford dealership. they do not care about customer loyalty and have absolutely no integrity to make things right and do the right thing. the general sales manager and the parts and service director have absolutely no customer service skills and are only out to make a buck. i will never do business here again!

Talked with salesman regarding a used 4x4 SUV that I wanted to look at and purchase. He told me it was available and to come out and look at it. Drove 20 miles out of my way to look at it. When I arrived he said it was sold and then proceeded to try to sell me similar 2WD's with more miles on them that were more expensive. Guess they just lost a customer for life. Don't trust these guys. They're liars and full of BS!!!

This is a great store! I just leased my second car from there and this experience was just as great as my first. Very knowledgeable salespeople. My first salesperson wasn't there from when I leased by first car but that was okay. When I called, I was greeted well and directed to talk to another salesperson. They answered all of my questions and were very patient. I shopped around and I got the best price here. Highly recommended.

I lease a new car every 2 years, which is good and bad, because I feel like I am always in the market, but I am always in a new car, which I like. The reason that I bought from Dorian Ford is that they took the time to answer all my questions and were not pushy at all. I test drove a Taurus and loved it. I got the run around from other dealers in the area, I think they were trying to get more money because the Taurus is a new model. I will buy my next car from Dorian Ford.
