This bowling alley is huge. They offer many lanes, an arcade, and even rooms for parties. Bowling and shoes cost about $5 after 5pm on most weeknights. Bumpers are available on some lanes.

What I liked about this bowling alley was the absence of an overpowering smoking atmosphere. It was nice to bowl and not have to worry about my lungs!

The Fairlanes Bowling Alley is an alright place to bowl. It's not my favorite but it's better than alot of places. They offer a lot of lane with many different size/weighted bowling balls. They have a concession stand with food and drinks. They also have a game room with some arcade games. They have tons of parking. This bowling alley is home for tons of bowling leagues which often times can dictate when you can and can't bowl which can be frustrated. The bowling alley offers a midnight rock and bowl night on the weekends which can be alot of fun but it gets full fast! Now to the negatives: It's *so* smokey in there. Granted most people know if you are going to a bowling alley, you expect it to be smokey but this place is ridicously smokey. The place is just old and getting run down. However, it's still a nice place to go if you just want to go bowling with a few friends.

Fairlanes is an older bowling alley, but offers great family fun. They do have league play during the week, but offer open bowling and also Rock and Bowl for teenagers on the weekend. Prices are great and their is a variety of balls to choose from.

I grew up bowling at Fairlanes. I like that they have so many lanes, and it is not hard to get a lane. However, it is often smelly and smoky inside. Prices are good, but Friday night "Rock 'N Bowling" is $15. This does seem rather steep, for 3 hours of bowling. However, it is worth it if your have good company, and you are not a cronic bowler :-)
