I have been going to Crave for years. It's really not straight sushi, however. It is more fusion. The food is wonderful, but be prepared to drop a few bucks. This place is reserved for a serious night out aimed at Epicurean pleasures.

This place is welcoming...Flavorful...and artistic!!
First, I need to be fair and share this info, although its irrelevant. I tried crave today, although i was hesitating to, after reading THE REVIEW about the owner!! Me and 3 of my guy friends thought that the owner was the best part of the experience at Crave!! Kulil, passed by our table like 5 times making sure our waters were topped, asking if everything was good. He even offered a chocolate cheesecake and an avocado ice-cream on the house!!!
Alright, the food was delicious, the service was fabulous, and the atmosphere was something else,,,original!!!
I honestly can't wait till tomorrow morning so i could get me something small to munch on!!! A+++ highly recommend it,,just try it for urself then judge!!!!

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knew what to offer. The best saketini in town. You have to try it. The decor is beautiful. My girlfriends took me there for my birthday and let me tell you they made it such a special occasion. The owner walks around and tries to make sure that you are being taken care of and that you have the best experiece ever. Besides having great sushi crave is also a lounge/bar. I guess you could say we got the whole package.

Pros: REALLY expensive

Cons: right in downtown Dearborn

This is NOT a sushi bar. You have a bunch of Caucasians and hispanics rolling the sushi? i went there with my family and what a trap. this place is a bar/lounge, not a sushi bar. also it is extremely expensive.save your money!

This place had a great atmosphere. The food was unbelievable. Servers were very knowledgable about the food and even made nice sake suggestions. There saketini list is really cool and my friend enjoyed a couple different ones. Every thing we tried on the menu was so dazzling to our taste buds. Our experience was beyond perfect.

The Crave bar itself is beautiful and modern. The owner and staff however, are not! I set and watched the owner, Khalil, physically assault a black man at the white party last weekend! Then, he and his staff threw slang words at a guy who obviously knew he was gay! From the crowd there, I think the owners and staff should realize who they are serving! The night was topped off with police who were readily available to take the owner to jail for physical assault. And the topper, Crave had the man's credit card and then assaulted him. For Crave to look like a modern bar, the attitude has gone backwards 40 years.

PROS: Attractive atmosphere, diverse crowd
CONS: Ignorance of owner Khalil and managers

Metro Detroters looking for a taste of Miami's South Beach don't have to hop on a plane. They can head on over to Crave on Michigan Avenue, a vision is hipness and style. Dark wood, sleek lighting designs and a funky jellyfish tank make this place a hidden gem and the perfect place for a drink or a bite to eat. Try the sea bass. It's delish!

PROS: the food, drinks and atmosphere
CONS: parking, cover, some pretentious and rude patrons and wait staff
