.

I've taken my windstar there a few times, and each time while the original work was done, more problems seemed to be caused. Well, this last time they ruined my car. My power steering pump was going, making noise, stiff steering etc. They replaced it and all seemed o.k.. ONE DAY and $300.00 later, it was worse than ever. Turns out the new pump blew the old seals,(seems like new ones would've been put on) so now it leaks like never before and all the old problelms are back. When we took it back we got all these excuses from, We didn't know it was that bad to start with, to " I thought your wife was going to wait for the car?." A tsb was given us that showed, when the system isn't properly bled or prepped this very thing can happen. Instead of offering to fix it in good faith we would be charged another $500.00. My car was old but it ran well, now I'll likely get a new one. I don't trust the mechanics at that shop, and will NEVER send anyone else there. In fact I may warn then, if you don't want your car ruined stay away from this auto repair place.
