is because they allow you to come back, with a coupon you may have forgotten or perhaps you received it after your purchase, and they apply to your previous purchase(s)!!! Who else does THAT??? No one! I think that's wonderful!! The employees are helpful and accomodating. This store is big yet organized. I seem to be able to find SOMETHING when I go there, even if I don't go with anything in mind to purchase!! Their coupons are plentiful, found in the mail, newspapers and on the internet! Parking is not a problem, and is shared with other businesses in the area.

They stand by their merchandise 100%. Any problems at all and they willingly will let you exchange, get in store credit, or get a refund. They will do anything to please you if you have a gift registry with them. Your guests will be helped to find the right present for you and the experience will be fun and relaxing.
