Family Practice Ctr Of Livonia

Personally, I have had very good experiences with this office. The staff is always kind and courteous. As for the doctors there is only a few I would actually go to. The phones used to be a problem but I know that they have gotten a new system in the past few years and things have gotten a lot better. I would recommend this office.

Dirty........Nasty............. Doctors that will not ever come close to hospital grade....... (you will be lucky if you understand them)

If you would like to get worse with your condition or would like to have medicine you don't need....... this would be the place to go.

Even the people other than the doctors are rude and completely unprofessional. AVOID!

I was a patient here for a few years. I have nothing but poor things to say about this practice as a whole. You can NEVER get through on the phone to someone and if you are LUCKY enough to find someone, you're on hold FOREVER and don't hang up as you'll NEVER get a real person back on the phone. Getting an appointment is ridiculous and I've waited in the waiting room 1 hour then another 45 min. in the exam room all for an inhaler refill. This happend on a regular basis and I just got sick and tired of being treated like a bother instead of a CUSTOMER. They have far too many patients and it shows. I wouldn't go back here if it was the last physician's office on earth and I had the plague.

PROS: convenient to where I live
CONS: too numerous to list, see above.
