I have nothing but poor things to say about this practice as a whole. You can NEVER get through on the phone to someone and if you are LUCKY enough to find someone, you're on hold FOREVER and don't hang up as you'll NEVER get a real person back on the phone. Getting an appointment is ridiculous and I've waited in the waiting room 1 hour then another 45 min. in the exam room all for an inhaler refill. This happend on a regular basis and I just got sick and tired of being treated like a bother instead of a CUSTOMER. They have far too many patients and it shows.
