Golden Feather Restaurant

For a place that used to have the best ribs in town, the Feather is now somewhat of a disappointment. My wife and I placed a carry-out order for some ribs and fries. What we got was a huge container of cold and soggy fries, cold and soggy garlic bread, and some ribs that are on par with most pizza shacks. How the mighty have fallen. If you want good ribs and the like, go to The Bone Yard. You might have to drive a little further, but you'll be happy you did.

The Golden Feather does have some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. The service is the absolute worst. You can grow a beard waiting for someone to take your order (I mean this - it can be over ten minutes). The restaraunt does not have enough bbq sauce bottles or ketchup bottles for every table. So guard your bottles or another waitress will steal it for another table. We quit going after one night when the place was slow and could not get anyone interested in taking our order. I also suggest getting a pitcher of soda because you won't be able to get a waitress to refill it.

This is one restaurant that doesn't impress me for the price. It's not as fancy as people say and the waitress we had four years ago didn't impress us and we haven't returned since!

Golden Feather has been around for a long time. They have excellent food, the ribs are to die for! The portions are good size and they have a very nice atmosphere!

I think they are higher priced than necessary ...

TO ME THIS IS THE BEST AND ONLY PLACE TO GET RIBS!!! THE STAFF IS FAST AND FRIENDLY, THE PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO OTHER DINERS. EVEN THE CARRYOUTS ARE GREAT
