Denysenko Oxanna - Northpointe Pediatrics

Northpointe Pediatrics is a great place to take your children! The doctors are all amazing and very friendly and good with the kids. You can call the office anytime if you have a question or concern and one of the nurses will give you advice. Not only is this place well staffed but the office is very clean and inviting to a child. They have each room painted differently, some with under the sea themes, bugs, and many more. The waiting room is really spacious, with a sick side and well side so if your going for shots or other things you don't have to sit by a kid with the flu. It's a wonderful place to take your kids.

Dr Engel is patient and knowledgeable. The staff is efficient and friendly. It is very easy to make a same day appointment. Several times I have called for an appointment and the staff has asked if I could be there within an hour. This is very important when you have a sick child at home.

We began using this practice when my first daughter was born in 2001. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff and our pediatrician, Dr. Laura Clark. She has been wonderful to our girls and I have recommended her to friends on numerous occasions. When my children are sick, I am easily able to speak with a nurse and get an appointment. It's not uncommon for them to say, "How about an appointment in 20 minutes?" if I have a sick child that needs to be examined. We have also seen other doctors in the practice and I have found them to be excellent.

These are the best doctors out there, they are kind and caring, there is never a long wait to see a doctor. They have the best people working here, and they always make sure you are seen when you call there.
