One of the bests (If not the best!) watch store in town based on availability of several brands and the affordability of most of what they sell!

Fine jewelry should be reappraised every 3-5 years. If you bought something 5-10 years ago the value would have increased because of the increase in gold prices.

Bought my girlfriend her engagement ring here. I really liked that they didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing about diamonds and all that stuff that goes with it. My gf wanted a cushion cut diamond, which I didn't have a clue what

During this Christmas I went into Siegel's because of their Let It Snow Contest. I had to wait a while because it was so busy but I am glad I did! I worked with two sales staff and both knew a lot about the jewelry and what kind of things I would like. I always heard my grandparents and parents talking about this store but this was my first time in. I think I found my go to store! Hopefully I will be getting an engagement ring from them very soon:)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We have been to jewelers all over the world, but never have we had an experience even approaching the horrible one at Siegels. The level of dishonestly is staggering . . . and it goes right to the top. Joel Siegel himself said he'd do nothing to address the damage he caused.

When we were looking for a place to replace the battery and water seal on a $1800 Raymond Weil watch, we went to Siegel, because they appeared to be reputable (at least on the surface). They were anything but. First, they represented that they were authorized service providers for our watch brand . . . they were not. Then they represented that they would be sending the watch to the manufacturer for battery replacement and resealing . . . they did not. In fact, they replaced the battery in their own "remote location," and didn't properly reseal it against water damage . . . and the watch was damaged as a result.

After bringing the damaged watch back to Siegel, they claimed first claimed that it would cost us $350 for a "routine cleaning." We finally checked with the manufacturer, who said that was not right. Only after they were pressed did they admit that the "battery leaked." Again, not true. The damage was due to water leaking (and even if they battery they replaced DID leak in just a year, they SHOULD have stood behind the repair). Unable to locate the receipt, we went to the store where the clerk noted that all records of taking the watch for battery replacement (over the past 10 years) had somehow magically "disappeared." We are being forced to review historical charge statements to verify the date of the last battery replacement.

We know what was wrong . . . they were not authorized to perform the service (we confirmed this with the manufacturer), they did not perform it correctly, and now we are being forced to bring a claim in small claims court(which the manufacturer says will cost $400 to fix). We generously offered to split the cost of repair with Siegel (even though we think the damage was 100% theirs), but the offer was flatly refused.

DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK . . . we certainly will not be doing business with them again.

My husband and I were in Siegel's looking for rings countless times before he purchased my engagement ring set. The employees there were wonderful to work with and were so patient with us! They have wonderful customer service specials and great service overall. I had a problem with a pearl ring once, and they took care of it right away with no questions asked. I feel totally comfortable with anything I buy from there. They also have a great estate jewelry selection.

My husband and I got our wedding rings/band from Siegel and it was a fantastic experience. My husband worked with Larry since my ring was custom-made and Larry did a great job with it. We kept working with him after that and he is just a wonderful guy! Great customer service and definitely made us want to go back to Siegel even after we were married. Everyone there seems quite knowledgeable and helpful.
