I saw their advertisement in the November 2008 Natural Awakenings Magazine for "100% Organic Permanent Waves". I was very interested since I HAD flat, fine hair and I made an appointment. My first impression of the salon was less than impressed, definitely not "Boutique"-ish, by any means. Farrell didn't seem very professional to me, either. I showed him two photos of curly hair, the one I like and one that was too much, as in too small of curls or tight. After, putting the rollers in my hairs & dousing my head in chemicals, I only realized after telling a friend what happened that, he gave me a perm. [I've never gotten a perm and haven't colored my hair in over 5 years] Anyways, the aftermath was exactly what I showed him I DIDN'T want. Only now, SIX MONTHS later, my hair is actually wavy. And to add insult to injury, the price tag was 120 dollars. I practically ran out of there, promising to never go back. It was the worst salon experience of my life.
