I went to Enterprise to have my 3 vehicles inspected since I was switching insurance companies and this was one of the places that AAA recommended. I was initially a little irritated for a couple reasons. The parking lot was a disaster. There were giant potholes everywhere and not enough parking space as they also used the rental lot for the parking lot for customers. When I went in and explained what I was there for, I was pleasantly greeted, despite the fact that they were very busy. When I told them what I was there for, the young man that was helping me started searching frantically for the forms that were necessary for the inspection. After about 6 or 7 minutes, he admitted to me that he either could not find the forms or they were out of them. He asked if I could come back tomorrow and I explained that I had only 3 days to inspect all 3 of our vehicles. He called a different office and asked them to fax over a blank form and then did my inspection. The next 2 days when I went in for the other inspections, my experience was fine. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did notice though, that the staff is kind of unprofessional when they think that people aren't listening. The were playing some sort of trick on a co-worker by hiding her cell phone and then letting her call it several times to find it...this was all within earshot of the customers, as the only seperation is the front counter.
PROS: friendly staff
CONS: horrible parking lot
