1 Stars: DON'T GO! (by M C.)

I hurt my lower back in early June and decided to go to Dr. Lupo's office in Roseville on Gratiot Ave. The staff was friendly, almost overly friendly...my first few visits were ok, but they would continually talk to me about the benefits of chiropractic care almost like it was a religion. I was wary, but continued to go, then the visits took a bad turn. A few times they would adjust my neck and I could hardly turn my head afterwards, then Dr. Lupo asked me why my husband wasn't a patient. How many doctors do you know that ask you that? The final straw came when I went in and had to wait for 20 minutes for the Dr to come in...normally this wouldn't be a big deal because I understand being busy, but I could hear him chatting about gardening with another patient in the next room. I immediately left and never went back, but here's the kicker, they still charged my insurance for the last visit, they even included a charge for one of their adjustment machines even though I never used it!

5 Stars: Go (by J S.)

If you are seeking a group of Chiropractors who have an immense amount of combined experience and who are professional, Lupo Chiropractic should be your first destination. When I was 21 my lower back was in such bad condition that I could barely bend down to touch my toes without experiencing excruciating pain. Within 3 weeks of going to Dr Lupo, 90 percent of my pain was gone. And more than a decade later, I continue to benefit from both the initial and subsequent treatments I have received. Furthermore, it is important to note that I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr Lupo or any one of the highly trained and capable DC's on his staff even without an appointment (the average wait in an MD's office is 40 minutes, and this is with an appointment!). In summary, if you wish to heal your pain, experience better health and a greater sense of well-being in a friendly and professional environment, Lupo Chiropractic is for you.
