Bel-Mark Lanes

They have installed new HEPA air cleaners and charcoal filter elements in the electronic air filters. They have done a lot of general maintenance and cleaning that will help the smell issue.

They are smoke free in the bowling area on Saturdays from 9 am-5 pm and Sundays from 9 am until 4 pm, other times they informally place smokers on lanes 1-20 and non-smokers on 21-40.

All three entrances are barrier-free. Barrier-free access to the lanes is slated to begin in the very near future.

Cosmic Bowl: Monday 9 pm to 2 am and Friday 10 to 2 am with the 'All-U-Can-Bowl' Special for $6.95 per person. Saturday 10 pm to 2 am at regular rates.

Bel-Mark Lanes will soon be undergoing many changes and upgrades. Much clean-up and a revised menu soon. Stop by in he next few months to see all the changes. New ownership.

The prices at the bel mark are reasonable. I was a bit grossed out when I ask a female bartender for a refill on a pitcher of ice water and she grabbed the pitcher by the lip placing her fingers inside the pitcher. I quickly refused and left after our game was over.

Cheap bowling, but our group had stuff stolen while we were there once. I would suggest going some place nicer. The inside is pretty run down and smoke filled.

In my opinion, Bel Mark Lanes is the best bowling alley in Ann Arbor. It's slightly nicer than its competition (Colonial Lanes and Ypsi-Arbor Lanes), with slightly better prices. It's also the alley that seems located in the nicer parts of town, which is a slight plus.

Bel Mark isn't much better than its competition, but it's my first choice.
