DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! I must say, 1 star is certainly a strech. If i had the option, they would gets zero stars! Let's me just say, if you vehicle is under warranty, DON'T GO HERE. If your vehicle is under warranty, go here if you really want to rip off GM. This dealership is great at swapping out parts unnecessarily regardless if it fixes the problem or not. I had four problems with my 2002 Grand Am...1) It had a Service Engine Soon Light 2) The security light would illuminate and disable my vehicle for 10 minutes before I was able to start it. 3) Power windows weren't working 4) Power locks weren't working. So the dealership "root caused" my problem and concluded the Body Control Module was shorted...hah! My service writer, Jason Crager suggested I replace my Body Control Module and said it was shorted out because my cowl wasn't sealed properly which was allowing water to leak into the Instrument Panel and short out my Module. He also informed my that my window sash (the 10 cent plastic clip which holds my window up) was mis-aligned slightly causing my window to go up crookedly; although this isn't what prevented my window from rolling up, just caused it to go up crooked (The real problem was electrical not mechanical). They're total bill was just over $1200!!! So trying to cut cost I elected to not have them re-seal my cowl nor realign my window sash. This reduced the cost by approx $400 to a total of $800. After picking my car up, I was extremely excited to finally be able to roll my window down and when I tried, nothing happened. Also, my driver's door lock still wasn't unlocking. So I brought it back in and they re-examined it. Next they told me my Fuse Block was also shorted and it would cost ME another $400+. I argued that the estimate I originally received should be all I have to pay. I even pleaded my case with the manager and he said he'll check into it. Needless to say, I ended up paying the $400. Sure enough my windows rolled up now and my locks worked, great eh? Nope, now 2-3 months later, I still recieve a Service Engine Soon Light, I still have the Security Light illuminate and disable my vehicle. So for $1200 I was able to get my windows to rollup and my locks to work. Also note, I ended up "re-sealing" my cowl yet I still have 2 out of my 4 issues! DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

I thought the sales people in this dealership were good at their job, but the highlight of any dealership is service and this is were Noonan failed. We had bought a new Pontiac Transport that was one of the first vehicles to use the electronic self opening side door. The door malfunctioned in the first three months that we owned the car. The service manager refused to cover this under the vehicle warranty, claiming a sentence in the warranty that said electrical wasn't covered. I never bought another car from this dealership and will never buy another.
