The Happy's Pizza in Kalamazoo is absolutely awful! Their service is SOOOO bad. The delivery driver cussed out my friends. Literally ranting off cuss words at them because he got their order wrong and blamed them for being late to the next one. Their food isnt even good. The manager even blamed them though it wasnt their fault. DO NOT GO THERE. EVER.

I have never eaten at Happy's Pizza But I must say from the reviews Im not so sure I want to. I guess You get what you pay for. Cheap Pizza Cheap and Rude service. Think I will Pay the extra price and stay with Pizza Hut and Pappa Johns. This is why I read reviews before I buy!!!

The location of Happy's pizza in Kalamazoo Mi on S.westnedge has te WORST employees and management they constantly make mistakes and hang up on me and blame me and yell at me when it is their staff that can't do anything right. My food is always wrong and undercooked. The delivery took 10 hours one day to get it to my house but it was stil wrong and they threatened to take me off of the delivery list when it was their fault. I wouldn't order from their if my life depended on it

I went to Happy's Pizza on 10/4/10. I ordered two dinners, which cost $20.09. I was using my credit card to pay for the order, after the cashier took my card, she let out a gasp, and put her hand to her mouth. The other cashier look up, wonder what was wrong. Then one of them told me the had debited my bank account by mistake for $209.00, and then still charged me for the $20.09. When I got home I opened my rib tip dinner, and was shocked; I saw nothing but 4 piecies of fat not meat, and there was no sauce on it. I wanted to cry, so I called HP and told them I will be coming back for a refund because it was not fit to eat. Both cashiers were so sorry for what had happened, and they assured me it would go back into my checking account soon. I could not believe it! I barely had two hundred in my account at the time. I was left with only $3.81 in my account. Since this happened on a weekend I had to wait until Monday morning to speak with my bank. I learned that the money would not show back into my account until the coming Wednesday. I have to wait 5 days before the money is returned, because of someone's careless mistake.

I figured THE $1.80 + TAX IS WORTH MY TIME TO WARM ALL OF THE WORLD THAT THIS PLACE DON'T KNOW HOW TO SATISFY A PERSON OVER A STUPID $1.80 + TAX. I've gotten food here 3x. The first two times were crappy did their pizza deal, and took forever, and the second time they were cold. Now the 3rd time I just got the jumbo shrimp deal for 9.99 (1/16/10) and picked it up and they were awesome! Parking lot is scary over there. The guy that took my order was nice. 20 min for pick up. I'm giving them 2 stars b/c of that. I try to wait a few mos to try a place again b/c it might just be 1 or 2 employees messin it up, and they're prolly gone and they have new people. Hoping that is the case here.

My family and I decided to order a large pizza with half peppers and onions on one side, and only bacon on the other. We called to order and the lady was very rude on the phone, but I brushed it off. The pizza was going to take an hour to get to our house, but I figured they were busy since it was a weekend.

When we finally got out pizza, it was cold and they mixed up the toppings. The bacon was on the entire pizza and there were peppers on one side and onions on the other. Not to mention, the bacon was pretty much bacon bits sprinkled on the pizza.

So we called Happy's back and the same rude lady picked up and questioned their mistake. So finally she transferred us to the manager, who decided to send us a new pizza. When the new pizza arrived, the entire bottom of the box was soaked with grease and they STILL put bacon on the entire pizza. I will not order from Happy's again.

I wanted to let everyone know about the bad experience I encountered at Happy??s Pizza in Dearborn Heights, MI. We received a flyer, so we thought we??d try it out. After the 3 bad experiences, we will NEVER order Happy??s Pizza again, from any location.
Last week, on Tues. Oct. 28th, we ordered 2 pizzas, the Happy??s Tuesday special, the woman that answered the phone was rude. I blew it off figuring they were just busy. Then I tried to call back a few minutes later to add a few items to our order. Guess what, the same woman put me on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up. Maybe she shouldn??t be answering the phones? Our pizzas were later than the 45 minutes that was quoted. I thought ??no big deal? as long as the pizza is good. Well, it was ok, not enough cheese, but at least it was warm.
Then last night, we tried again, Nov.5th. The same woman answered the phone and was rude again. I tried to be nice and joke around with her and still she was rude. We ordered and she informed us it would be 45 minutes and gave me a total of $47 for the Ribs feast for 2 and 20 wings. It should have been around $36. I thought that was a little high, so I called back and she had put in the wrong order. It was fixed and we waited for our order. After over an hour, I called to check if it was on the way, she said rudely ??He??s on the way?. So we waited till 8:30, an hour and a half, twice as long as was quoted. He finally showed up. I only gave him a $5 tip since the food was so late. When we opened the food, everything was cold, really cold. The fries, shrimp and wings were soggy. The blue cheese dressing was rotten. The only thing that was halfway descent was the ribs but they were still cold and had to be heated in the microwave. I wanted to call right then but my husband and father-in-law said no it??s ok. The more I thought about it the more I wanted to let someone know about the crappy service.
I called this morning on my break at work. The same woman answered the phone again. I asked to speak to the manager. She asked if there was something she could help me with. I said I??d like to speak to the manager to make a complaint. She said ??I can help with that?. I asked if she was the manager, she said ??look we have 40 pizzas to make and a deadline, were really busy?, I said I??d call back later and hung up the phone. I was so mad at this point. I work in customer service, and that??s NO WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER WITH A COMPLAINT! I don??t know how they train their employees, in today??s economy and with all the competition out there?that is no way to keep business. You have lost a customer and I will spread the word to EVERYONE I know. Happy??s Pizza is not very happy is it? I will still try to reach the store manager.
My thoughts?
1-maybe someone else should answer the phones
2-if they are that busy, hire more people/ drivers
3-train the employees better
4-get the food out on time
5-be honest, if you are too busy, I will order elsewhere
6-don't put customers on hold and forget about them

After several tries at this restaurant I can say do not order from here. Pizza was cold and over done. The Driver was late. After I complained and returned my meal I got bad customer service. I was told that they were busy and if I didn't like my meal not to come here anymore and I have not......Stay Away

Happy pizza had a worker in the back of the store grilling food around dirt,trash and othet awlful thing. I do not know if this was for personal use of business. Then the man that was grilling the food had the nerves to take it back into the store. I thought i was seeing thing. I use to order from them but after that oh no shame on them.this happy pizza is in a bad area, people are begging for money,selling cd,and dvd from cars and vans. The parking lot will eat you car alive.
