In general, this is a pretty authentic Chinese restaurant in Ann Arbor. They serve Real authentic Chinese Dim Sum and not choy suey chinese food like many of the "chinese" restaurant in Ann Arbor do. Their food are okay, honestly, pretty good too. They have a large varieties of food to choose from both lunch (you can try dim sum during lunch time) and many authentic chinese dishes at dinenr also. They also serve "choy suey", therefore, if you go in and want to have "dim sum" or more authentic chinese food, you could ask for a "chinese' menu or 'dim sum" menu.
That said, their hygiene is really a big problem, it has been not once but twice that I have found hair in their "dim sum" and one time I saw a tiny crawling inset in my food which totally gross me out. I stopped going there after the incident.
They have extremely poor customer service. Since they're probably the only (or the only bigger one) that serve Dim Sum in Ann Arbor, they feel that costumer are pretty much stuck with them. When I complained about the hair and the insect in my dishes, they unwillingly make me another order. (didn't even apologize for it) Of course, i lost my appetite so getting me another dish is no use. After those times, I decided not to go there again.
