You shouldn't go to R and L especially for a necessary item, it may not be there. This store sells surplus and odd lots from a variety of suppliers. They have everything from underwear to candles and grocery items. Half the fun of going there is being surprised by new merchandise. Prices on the dry good items seem to be reasonable, but the groceries are no bargain. It's not a beautiful place but it's neat and clean and very large.
