Went for dinner tonight. Food aS horrible. I ordered a prime rib with rice and they gave me a grilled prime rib. That would make it a Ribeye steak. Tasted horrible. Chose the rice as a side. They gave me plain white rice that tasted like store bought rice. Also ordered pasta dish. Tasted bland. Server was great but food was far too disappointing. Will never eat here again.

I really love the Italian food here. I love to go and listen to Aaron sing on Saturday nights. Tuesday night is half off wine - you get a lot for the price! It's a nice place to relax.

I have to agree with other comments as the service is very slow especially on the weekends when they are busy. We recently visited the restaurant with friends with a total of 12 in our party. Waited over 30 min for drinks and 11/2 hours for food. Then when we spoke to the manager, he proceeded to call my friend a names for expressing our opinion about the service. Have been to the restaurant many times but the young waiters and waitresses need more training maybe from some experienced staff. It will be a while before setting foot into that place again.

Pros: location is good for local residents

Cons: slow

I also have been to Relli's like 20 times over the last few years and have had an array of bad experiences. Its always been horribly slow, regardless of what you order, Pasta, Salads, Appetizers, let alone a Pizza. The last time we were there, we went with two other couples one had two kids like us and the other has one 7 year old. It started out horrible, No waitress for 5 to 10 min. Finally we get a waitress after asking for one twice, and you could tell she was new, very young, and timid. Our drinks took 10 to 15 min so we were beyond ready to order. No one ordered pizza, we ordered multiple pasta dishes, and a couple salads and three appetizers. When the waitress brought the appetizers (15) min later she just brought a few small plates like we were all gonna share off the same plates i got up and got us 5 more plates and she also didnt notice that over half of our group had empty cups? So i tracked her down to get refills, which, she did refill our cups but never added anymore ice so we all basically had a few tiny pieces of ice floating on the top of our drinks? Our meals took forever to get to our table, the kids were beyond impatient by this time and were hungry when we walked in so you can imagine how antsy they were when the food finally arrived.I almost forgot that my wifes dish was wrong, the cooks fault not the waitress, The food was decent not great and not horrible, but what should have been a 45 minute ordeal turned into an hour and a half ordeal. I notice they always hire young high school aged girls and make them waitresses and they all seem to hang out around the cashiers counter, giggling and talking about what they did last saturdaynight etc. Its actually been comical at times, I actually joked that we were on a hidden TV show getting punked the last time we were there, So i finally get our Bill and of course it was screwed up, the family that didnt want appetizers got two on their bill, no biggy we just paid them but strange none the less. I complained to the young cashier about how long it took and she said they were behind on pizzas, I had to laugh because she looked at our Bill and we didnt order a pizza, just pasta and salads, All of us talked as we were leaving about NEVER coming back again and I can guarantee you this None have been back nor Will be back! Its too bad too cause the prices were great but the time it takes to get in and out isnt worth it. We Will NEVER EVER go to Relli's again, that much i can guarantee.

I have been to this restaurant 50+ times in the last ten years. I dare say that 75% of the time I have left dissatisfied in some way or another. And the incredible thing is, it always seems to be something different! The service is nearly ALWAYS slow, that one is a given. The place seems to be staffed with a bunch of high school kids that could care less about actually working. Mom and Dad must MAKE them get a job. I say if you don't want to be there, move over and make room for someone who does. Most of the time the place is sloppily maintained (dirty fixtures, several light bulbs out, etc.). The "manager" seems to share the same outlook as his subordinates.
I stayed away for about nine months until a few days ago. After giving it another chance, it was the same thing as always. Poor service, cooks that appear to be on their first day, an indifferent manager, etc. This time I won't be back. Neither should you. I'd suggest giving your Dewitt bar/restaurant business to The Draft House up on Old 27.

Relli's sport bar has the most amazing Italian food I've ever had. Their prices are a third of the price of olive garden and their food is twice as good.

It's family oriented, reasonable prices, great food, and a great time. We love this place because it's close, but it's also yummy!!
They have drink specials and TERRIFIC pizza!

The food here is okay and so is the service. The prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate that because sometimes it takes a long time to get your food. This place does have agood dining atmosphere though, happy people come here apparently.
The parking situation is fair to middling.

We eat her on a regular basis. The food is good and the prices are very fair. When it is busy it does take a while to get your food. It is a great family place to eat.
