Worst Dry cleaners ever seen in my life. Will not go there again. They had destroyed the my shirt and will not agree to reimburse anything.
The customer service is no good at all, and quality of work is worst.

They completely melted my curtains - huge burns in the interior. Nicely packaged with all damages folded to the inside so that I would not discover until I actually got back home. OWNER's SKILLS ARE DEFINATELY NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I took about 40 item to them and they return half and said I had pick up the rest after putting a claim never got items return & wasn't reimbursed then the owner tried to blame me by saying had pick up clothing

If you ever complain that your cloth is not clean, next time when you come to pick it up, don't be surprised if they give you back as same as it was before. If you complain to the owner, he will not try to apologized. If you don't speak English fluently, he will point it to you.

I would agree with the other reviewers here, that the people are friendly and the service great ... unless it comes to loosing something. They lost an expensive shirt of mine on a "redo" and after calling numerous times in all it took more than three months to finally "find" the article. Each time they said they would follow up with me and call me back, which they never did except for one time out of the many contacts I had. I had to continually keep on them and, frustrated that so much time had passed without locating the article, suggested that perhaps they just reimburse me. They asked me to file a claim, which I did. When I didn't hear back on that I called and they informed me that no claim was submitted or was on file and asked me to submit it again. All said and done, I lost the article in October and it was returned in February. And, unlike the other reviewer, I did not get the next time free and not even an apology.

They lost a pair of my pants and after 2 months of them avoiding my phone calls, the owner called me and accused me of lying about it. She claimed that I really only brought in 3 pants and not the 4 that was written on the claim check. They've lost my business and several of the family and friends that I told the story to. It seems like it would have been easier to pay me for the pants that they lost.

This is the one dry-cleaner that we have had really good luck with. They do a fantastic job every time, and the prices are decent ($1.25 for laundry; $2.25 for most dry-cleaning). You will encounter lines immediately before and after work, but the staff is efficient and the wait is never that long.
