I have had 4 contacts with Kim at Kim Kriner's Bridal Boutique and in each one she was rude and unprofessional. Her website shows mediocre work. I do not recommend anyone wanting quality or good customer service do business with her!

Kim Kriner's Wedding Boutique is personable with no pressure sales. I went in looking for a great deal on a wedding dress during a BIG sales week. I found a dress I really liked among tons of options and got great help from the sales woman. She really knows her products and she knows how to show you what you want and then letting you decide without pressure. My loss was that I passed on the dress that week and missed the great sale, but it was still there later at a decent price. She understood my budget was tight and really worked with me.

Pros: There were lots of dresses for every style and personality.

Cons: I'm guessing if you go at a super busy time you won't get the immediate help I received. Best service is probably during the weekdays in the morning.

I would have given Kim's a 5/5 but somethings fell through. Before you read on know that I am an average girl, not at all rich or snotty, I expect mistakes and conflict and my standards are average.

First of all, I really loved the salesperson named Lynn, she was wonderful. I always felt welcome and as a woman floating between the sizes of 18 and 20, I felt there were a lot of dresses I was able to actually try on (not just put the hanger over my head). I also liked that I never needed an appointment to shop for my dress, try on my dress once it was ordered, or if I came in with questions.

The seamstress there did a very nice job with my fittings overall. My dress was clean and pressed nicely.

Here's the kicker...
My bridesmaids ordered their dressed from Kim's and 2 of the 4 dresses were ordered in THE WRONG COLOR! Granted it was in the same color family, so I could stagger the girls during the ceremony, but the owner NEVER took responsibility for the mistake, never offered a discount or even would say sorry to me!!!! Being a bride under stress of finishing my senior year of college, arranging for grad school, and planning a wedding I was very upset. It was about 3 weeks before the wedding that the mistake was even brought to my attention when the dresses arrived. There was nothing they could do quote unquote. They never offered to rush deliver anything. nothing. The only suggestion they would give would be for me to go to field's fabrics, BUY fabric and CHARGE me to replace the sashes. Noo wayyy.

At the end of everything, I just took my paid-in-full gown and left. When I asked where Lynn was, they said she would no longer be working there for some time...the only good salesperson there!!!

Overall, they did a nice job with my dress, having a variety, and with the fittings - but made mistakes when they ordered the bridesmaid dresses. My dress was a reasonable price also.

ALWAYS double check your order for this place. Despite these problems, it's worth visiting!

I have been in my fair share of bridal shops over the years and I have never been disappointed in a bridal shop until I was a customer at Kim Kriners. First off their customer service was terrible. I went to pick up my dress and the lady working there brought it up stairs hung it up and didn?t say a word to me. Then went behind the desk and continued working. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her. I picked up my dress and helped myself to a fitting room, while the lady working continued to ignore me. I got the dress out of the bag and it looked like they had taken it straight out of the box and slapped it on a hanger. It was completely wrinkled. I thought it was a bridal shops job to make a dress presentable, maybe run a steamer over it? My next and biggest complaint is the fact that they ordered the wrong color sash for the bridesmaid?s dresses. They informed the bride that there was nothing they could do besides have the bride go out and try to find the right color and they would recover them. Considering that the wedding was under a month away that is not a very logical solution. So the bride decided to keep them as is, and asked if there could be any compensation for THEIR mistake, and they said there was nothing they would do.

I went into Kim Kriners after a very sad trip to a well known bridal shop. The people at the other shop were so condisending about my weight, that I felt I was too big to get a wedding dress. Mind you I'm a size 16-18. when I got to Kim Kriners I was given immediate attention. The lady there was with me every step of the way. I found my dream wedding gown and she helped me put everything together. I walked out of the store feeling that I will be the most beautiful bride ever. That's how wedding dress shopping should be

Check your dress...because if it was the same size as the floor model, its probably the floor model! I went to Kim's because I needed to order my dress with the hopes of getting it before May. I already knew everything I wanted and paid in full at the time I placed the order. I ordered the same size as the floor model. I wanted a NEW dress because the floor model was tattered. I went back with a fellow bride who was shopping for her dress, and magically from the basement my dress was in?!? So, I put it on and notice a snag, two dirty spots, a torn closure and beads missing with the string just sticking out. This was the floor model. They assured me they could fix the flaws but I was not happy. I had to insist that if this was in fact the new dress, that they send it back to the manufacture's as "defected." That's when the lies started. I was clever enough to look on the floor for the model I had tried on, before saying I thought it was the floor model. Sure enough, the floor model was no where to be found. They told me the floor model was a different size, that it sold two weeks ago, and lied and lied. Finally, I was snapped at rudely and told they would re-order my dress. I couldn't trust them but I had no choice. I waited and in 3 months I got a new dress. I had them leave it in the shipped box and everything. Just don't go here. Not worth the shady treatment.

I thought that this was a wonderful place to shop. i had never heard of this boutque before but i had found a wedding gown online that i wanted to see so i called them and they said that they had one. i talked with a woman named Lynn on the phone and she said that no appointment was necessary just come on in and ask for her. i did just that and she was wonderful. there were just rows and rows of gowns so she showed me what was where and said just pick the ones that i want to try on and she will put them in a room for me. my biggest fear was that they would be pushy like the gals at davids bridal, and also that they would have to help me try stuff on. they gave us a room and let me and mom just enjoy the experience of trying on gowns. she checked in a few times to see how we were doing and also told us other options for each dress. she was very helpful with everything and i bought the first dress i ever tried on. it fit perfectly without any alterations needed. i tried on about 8 but i bought the first. it was a perfect day, and it wasnt even hard to locate. very easy off the highway. i recommend this place to any young bride, that doesnt want to spend a fortune on a dress.. i bought the prettiest dress in the place (in my opinion) for under $500! it was great!!

I went in to Kim Kriner's just to take a look at what they had available. I went early in the day on a Tuesday - about 10:30am and had the shop to myself. Katie, the sales lady on duty, personally showed me around the store, showing me where to find the sale gowns, clearance gowns, regularly priced gowns, etc. She pointed out a small area of discontinued Maggie Sottero gowns that were not only on sale, but were marked down an additional $200 off if priced over $500 or 20% off if priced under $500. With Katie's help, I found quite a few dresses to try on. I let her know the elements of the dress I was looking for: apron front, lace-up back, halter or sweetheart neckline and she searched the regularly priced dresses while I looked through the sale dresses. She took all of the dresses to the dressing room for me. The first dress I tried on was one of the Maggie gowns. It was the first and last gown I tried on at this store! Katie took the time to fully lace up the back of the dress and arrange the gown so I could see the full effect. It was perfect! After finding my perfect dress at a *STEAL*, Katie offered to bring me various veils for me to try on to go with the dress. Although I haven't chosen my veil yet, I purchased the gown on the spot! With my purchase, they offered a 10% discount on any of their accessories - including shoes and veils. They also offered 10-15% discount for my bridesmaids if they purchase their gowns from them also. And they will give me $25 off the cleaning of my gown after my wedding. I couldn't be happier with my find! Thanks to Kim Kriner's, I have my dream dress at a fraction of the retail cost! Alterations can be done right at the shop, so I won't have to drive around town to get them done. Katie was very nice and very accomidating. She let me browse without being pushy, but remained close enough to assist me at all times. This was a wonderful experiece and I will be telling all of my friends to check this place out too!

I went with my wife to Kim Kriners in hopes of finding a bridesmaid dress for our wedding. I found their employees to be very pushy and also lacked communication skills. The employee's English was very limited but they kept following us around and bringing more and more dresses to try on that my wife repeated told them she did not like. Their dress prices were very expensive as well. Parking was at a premium and the store was not very organized.
