I heard about Mufflers and More through their website and when I took in my car, they were nothing but nice. I know how important it is to find a good mechanic that you can trust to do a good job and give good advice, and Ive definitely found that at Mufflers and More.
I came in for a check up and to get my oil changed, and they let me know my brake pads were pretty worn and that I should get them replaced as soon as possible. After they changed my oil and replaced my brake pads, they gave me some advice about what I can look at on my own in the future. They told me how looking out for the little things like tire pressure and tread, and checking my fluid levels regularly keeps me in touch with my car and I will be able to recognize potential problems on my own.
I will definitely keep looking at my car regularly, but I guarantee Ill be coming back for regular maintenance and (God forbid) any major repairs.

Overcharged for service to replace the battery terminal, because I was a woman. Did not asked to peform service prior to phone consultation.
