I'm so glad that I came here first. I thought I had a trans problem and after A & A checking it out, it didn't turn out to need a trans. I ended up getting a small crack repared at a great price! I know if I would have gone to a trans place, they would have sold me a trans. Thanks A & A very honest and friendly :)

I was given a quote on routine maintenance service so I set up an appointment and brought the brought the car in on the scheduled day at 8am and they sat on the car all day without doing any work, or calling. When I called to check on the car at 4pm, I was told they could not service the car because they did not have the proper equipment. Owner realized that I was upset because of the lack of effort to even phone me to explain the situation to me, and became very hostile. Amount of work done 0%. Time wasted 1 day. Complete waste of time and effort, now I have to burn another day to get in line with the car to a shop where they are willing and able to do routine car maintenance, and actually give a darn about the customer! Good Luck A&A, I will be sure and tell everyone about you!

Awesome place. Very friendly. I will go back in a heartbeat. I thought I needed new brake but the place that repaired it last didn't put the clips on the pads correctly. They fixed it at no charge. Where can you go and have that happen. I sent my Mother there last week and was told at a prvious place she needed front and back brakes, but A & A told her only the front needed replacement and the back looked great. That saved her $300! Again, you just don't find that anymore. Highly recommended!!!

Their heading says it all "Modern Technology with Old Fashioned Service". The service was great, friendly atmosphere, looked like a new lobby. Paul Thompson, owner, saved me at least $200 over what the dealership was going to charge. I have a GM vehicle which I thought was out of warrenty, but Paul found out otherwise and saved me a ton. Most places wouldn't care, but this place is obviously different from the rest. I will be back.
