Hair at Orbit is thought about. Technically able and good listeners and translators. Colorist are prime at their jobs. Especially Wendy and Claire. Can't go wrong only move forward.

claire is probably one of the most dedicated professionals i know. she is constantly educating herself about new techniques and styles by attending hair shows. all you have to do is go in with an idea and she will create something fierce. i can't speak personally about coloring, but i have seen many of the end products (on other clients) and i could not imagine anyone complaining. the last hair cut i got, i let her take center stage and do whatever she wanted. i have never received so many compliments. thanks claire! i would recommend her to anyone.

Claire Broderick at Orbit Hair Design on State St. in Ann Arbor, MI is the person to go to to get your hair cut, styled or colored. I have been going to Claire for several years and have never been unsatisfied, just the opposite! She listens to what you'd like your hair to look like and then makes it happen, very professionally.

In the past I have made the mistake of going to other salons to get my hair cut, but I inevitably go back to Claire at Orbit, the time and care she puts into the work she loves definitely shows.

Claire is the best hair stylist in Ann Arbor, and will go out of her way to make you happy with how you look! Even when you have fine/thin and lifeless hair like me.

Claire gives me that perfect cut every time! Its great to have finally found a talented stylist who is very friendly and open to my ever changing hair needs. And you can just tell that she loves what she does, which I admire. Claire is excellent!

Claire Broderick has seen me through long layers, weaves, color, everything--and has continued to give great service. One time I mentioned that I was super stressed out and losing more hair than usual and the next time I came in, she had bought me this special shampoo and conditioner!! She really listens to what you want and always asks if it's short/layered enough. I love it.

I referred her to my mom and now she loves her too. I've lived in Chicago for the past two years but still make an appointment when I'm in town. Whoa, just saw the last review. If the person's hair is still not right (after 3 months?!!?) then it's not Claire's fault. Umm, yeah.

I am shocked that anyone could say that about Claire and her abilities as a stylist. I have lived three states away for four and a half years and still Claire is the only one I let do major changes to my hair. I let other stylists trim it but that is it. I think the fact that I live so far away is a testament of how good she is.
And to Alix B, may this be a lesson to you in learning how to speak to your stylist about what you want or what you do not like so it can be changed then and there. Also you probably looked better than you did before you went in.

i have been going to see claire for years and love her hyper talents. i always look forward to going to see her cause she does such an amazing job. in fact, she makes my hair look so good that my partner likes to go with me just so he can tip claire EXTRA to let her know how good of a job she does. she rocks.

I can't imagine what it is like dealing with customers that write reveiws about people on the "world wide web" and don't even have the guts to probably tell the hair stylist!
I've been going to Claire for several years and I drive nearly 45 min. just to get my hair cut by her because she is the only person that has given me the style that I love! She keeps up to date and travels to hair shows all of the time. She is hardly a novice!
Claire needs to keep doing what she's doing because she's awesome!

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. It's very important that you yourself know what you want and can express it to your stylist. Every time that Claire has cut or colored my hair it has look fabulous. Claire Broderick it an excellent hairstylist. I would recommend her to anyone. You Rock Claire!!

Alex B must have not expressed what she wanted correctly. Sometimes people want bad hair styles and they look bad on them. Every time Claire cuts my hair she asks how short I want it, style, color. She gives the best hair cuts I have had. Not to mention My wife and Mother in law get there hair done with Claire and they always look great. My wife always gets compliments on her hair. Please give Claire a shot.You will have a great time talking to her during your visit. Thanks :)

Claire Broderick gave me the worst haircut of my life. In addition, she was completely unprofessional. She did not even offer me a mirror to look at the cut. She did what she wanted to do and NOT what I asked for. I had to cut my hair to two inches to make it look decent. Three months later and I still have not recovered. DO NOT GO TO THIS "STYLIST"
