Very disappointed with my experience from this service provider and they never did any work on my TV! I was forced to use L&D as they were selected by Panasonic as the authorized servicer of my problem TV, which was under warranty. After 2.5 months of dealing with poor service from Panasonic they agreed to send a replacement, which I was told had to go through L&D for delivery to my home. During this time, I found the woman who answers the phone to be rude and my phone calls were not returned in a timely manner or not at all in one case. When I asked about getting the mounting bracket off my old TV to use on the new one she told me they are not returned to customers unless they request it- boy am I glad I asked because it would have been foolish of me to think L&D would have called me to ask if I wanted my property back. They also neglected to tell me prior to delivery of my new TV that they needed all the materials from the old TV to send back to Panasonic. As I was not present when the new TV was delivered I was forced to make a trip back to L&D to drop off the TV stand and who waits on me but the woman who answers the phone- of course I get nothing but attitude. My advice- go elsewhere for service!

We have a 53" Sony Projection TV that had the convergeance go bad. We had another shop in Constantine work on it first, which was a huge mistake. That other shop had us come pick it up even though it was still not fixed, promising to send someone to our house to "fine tune it". We spent a month trying to get that other shop to finish the job we had paid them to do, having our calls never returned...

We contacted L&D, dropped the TV off on Wednesday evening, had the diagnosis and estimate Thursday morning, and it was ready to pick up Friday morning.

The cost was substantially less than the other shop had quoted (by $100), the customer service was friendly and helpful, and the repair was completed far sooner than expected.

The picture quality on the set is as good as new, and I could not be happier with L & D Electronics!

I will definatley recommend L & D to anyone else I know for future repair work.

I and various members of my family have used this company for over 20 years. None of us has had any problems with their service or charges at all!! Every charge or service has been told to us in advance "no surprises" and all of us agree we could not have made a better choice for servicing our TVs. When any of us has had problems with the repair L&D was right there even out of warranty repairs were taken care of to our surprise. I couldn't recommend a better company.

If you can help it ?? don??t use these guys.
They are very expensive. They charged me $156 for a house call which did not include a $35 "so called" techinical fee for unscrewing a panel to check the bulb. No diagnostic was run to confirm the problem, but they charged me for an additional $35 for technical fee! This is highway robbery. I??m writing the Better Business Bureau when I finished here. This is a scam.

These people take forever to send a technician to your home. They are RUDE RUDE RUDE answering the phone, especially the lady that answers. The guys that go to your home are cool and nice, but talk about POOR customer service skills from the person that answers the phone. They should have more qualified technicians so that you don't have to wait forever to get some to fix your appliance.

overall satisfied with L & D electronics repair services.They repaired one of my televisions in a reasonable amount of time and came and picked it up by knowledgeable technicians .very conveniant and reliable services. They are a bit pricey, but not to bad. I would use them again & recommend them to all!
