There is no comparrison from having a pc built to buying one from the bigger stores. Believe me I did my reasearch!!
I actually received a better price from theses guys..The other stores want to charge you an extra $200.00 for all non sense stuff, it's all included at Computer Works. I know I have quality parts I can always update and add, which you cannot due when you pruchase one from the bigger stores...
Hats off to customer service Scott and Tiffany they are the best and they do not charge me to talk to them..lol
I just love my new pc...Thanks guys!!!

They had the worst service I have ever experienced it took 14 days to get my computer back after paying $49 for there same day service on top of a $69 diagnostic fee and then they reformatted my drive and re installed windows when the whole reason I brought it in to them was to repair windows like they promised they could, when they did this they damaged my hard drive causing me to have to get a new one, if they couldn't fix it they should have told me so I could take it somewhere else. I would recommend to anyone NEVER to go here for computer repairs. I do have to say they did build a computer for me in the past and I do have to say they did a good job on building it, the lady in the front is also very helpful for answering simple computer questions.

I have had computer repairs done at Computer Works in Sylvan Lake numerous times, and have been very happy with their work. The staff seems very knowlegable about all issues I have brought to them, whether questions about my system or recommendations for future improvments. I would recommend Computer works to anyone needing help with thier PC.

We've been using Computer Works for a few years now both for our business and personal technology needs. They've both repaired computers we purchased elsewhere, as well as built computers to our specifications. They're knowledgeable, honest, reasonable prices and easy to work with. Before you even think about Geek Squad, go to Computer Works!

The best anything that you needd is done right the first time. I had them build me a desktop never had a problem in 5 years. Still works great. I highly recommend them for whatever you need done

This place cleaned my computer out after 2 trojans and other viruses that took over my computer. They are the best out there, period. I took my computer to another place in Waterford and found out that the did not even totally fix my computer but put a band-aide on it. Computer Works was pleasant, informative, and thorough in their job. it takes a little longer to get it back, but my laptop works the best that it has since i bought it! I even had a lot of questions about what had happened to my computer, and the repair man did not rush me out or act like i annoyed him but actually seemed to enjoy answering questions. Go here, seriously. They have my business for my life now!

They have cleaned and recovered my computer after a virus.
I recently took it in thinking I'd buy more memory because it was slow. They cleaned it up and showed that memory was not the problem. Honest and reasonable costs.

They have built several computers for me, both personal and business, and have also done repair work too. They're techs are great, patient & honest - hard to find these days in a techie world.
I'd highly recommend them for both custom builds and repair.

I have taken my laptop in to this store when it was not working properly. I thought I needed to just reformat it. Instead it needed a new hardrive, which was costly with labor. The good news was that once it was fixed it worked perfectly. I really was relieved to have it back and to have it working properly. I also thought the techs were good and helpful. I would recommend this place.
