I went in to have 3 zippers fixed for an asinine amount of $60.00. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that only 2 of my zippers were fixed and when I said something the man told me that I never mentioned the 3rd zipper. He told me that

And Sew On offers really good customer service. They will make sure that you are satisfied when you leave their store. I brought a few pants for hems and a dress for bustles. The owner, Kye, seems to understand the right balance between efficiency and quality. They can the best for both aspects! I recommend this store to anyone who needs tailoring.

And Sew On truly offers phenomenal service. They listen very carefully to what you want. Whether its a dress, hem, patch, or any other service they offer, they tailor what they do to exactly what you want. Its fantastic. I took a dress in for alterations and they did an excellent job adjusting the dress to my size. I would recommend anyone who is looking for quality alterations to check out And Sew On.

I went in today to have a zipper fixed on a pair of jeans (15 dollars) and a coat mended (10 dollars)\r
\r
Instantly the woman working the counter tells me, she cannot fix the pull, but that the whole zipper would need to be replaced. (I know for a fact that the pull could have been easily replaced. and Infact it's being replaced as we speak.) She says the teeth are old and they can't replace the zipper pull it's self. I should have saw this as a sign.\r
\r
My coat had a 1.5 inch rip at the seam, she explains how she would have to remove some of the lining to fix it, which is absolutely understandable.\r
\r
I ask when I could pick it up, she says tomorrow. Okay, cool. Im a little flustered that it's costing 25 bucks in total, but it's local, and worth it.\r
\r
She asks for cash up front.\r
\r
That's where I have a issue. I tell her, I can put money down, and pay tomorrow. But I can't give her the full amount before she's finished the work. She then tells me she doesn't work without payment up front.\r
\r
I have had clothes altered before, and know that i shouldn't pay upfront without seeing the work.\r
\r
I ask for my clothing back, she tosses them to me, and I leave.\r
\r
Never again. I found another shop a bit farther a way from home, but allowed me a deposit, and full payment on pick up. Also, they're able to fix the pull without replacing the whole zipper on my fave jeans. Saving me 10 dollars in the process.\r
\r
I would say, steer clear of And Sew On, if you can.

I had to bring in get a patch for my husband's army jacket and And Sew On just did an amazing job patching it on. Their service is based on honesty, quality of work, and a customer-centered mentality. I would recommend anyone who needs to get their clothes tailored to try out the And Sew On service. It's great!

And Sew On did a beautiful job refitting my bridesmaid dress. The tailor, Kye, took the time to understand what I wanted and she made it fit better than I had hoped.

They have no idea what they are doing and totally trashed my dress. I found out later the owner can't sew. My husband is in the military and they advertize that they specialize in military. He took his Class A's to them and when he pick up the uniform. The hash mark was on the wrong sleeve and the unit patch was side ways. Need I say More?
