BEWARE!!!!! SHADY, DISHONEST, DISLOYAL BUSINESS!!!! My husband put down a 1000$ deposit on a Ford Explorer Friday 1-10-14 and received a txt message on Monday 1-13-14 from Mike saying he sold the car. Wait a second first of all you send a txt when you took our money on Friday only to sell the car on Monday and your busines is closed on Sunday, you never called prior to the transaction to inform us of what was going on but you took our money with no problem. Mike knew we were coming from NY to pick the car up in Detroit and we were told that this was a deposit to hold the car, until we could pay the remaining balance. We had no other vehicle in mind and was banking on this one. We have been corrosponding with this man for over a week via txt/phone daily. When the txt was sent earlier in the day we had to almost hunt him down to get him on the phone to explain what happened. This is a dishonest company, their business is disloyal and they are in the business of taking advantage of hard working people. We trusted then to do what they said they were going to do and we were mislead and mishandled. This is why Small businesses will never be successful because you have to deal with liar like this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

service is excellent. I have just purchased my second car from them because of the great service. The service manager helped me get a ride to work and had their shuttle driver pick me back up when the car was finished. Very nice and accommodating staff. Even offer a free car wash.

I just purchased a new sonata from glassman. My salesman John was very knowledgeable and didn't try to give me the hard sell. The business manager helped me with the financing and beat my credit union rate. Awesome car and the styling

the service reps were incredibly helpful. I was stranded on telegraph road and called for help. Even though they were closing in 5 minutes the service advisor called a tow truck for me and waited until I got there. They got me a ride home and picked me up from my house the next day. The service was outstanding and they could not have been more professional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The salesperson I delt with had me and my 6 month old son sitting in the dealership for 3 days while he tended to other customers. He didn't listen to anything I wanted and had absolutely no product knowledge. His sell tactic was "well you have driven one before, why change now? Just get it why don't you". He couldn't tell me anything about the vehicle I was interested in. When I asked he printed out a list of features from the website, handed it to me and walked away! He spent more time trying to hit on me than he did trying to help me!! I got the owner envolved and he completely disregarded my concerns!! As I sat in the lobby, I met a few other customers that were having the same HORRIBLE experience that I was. Had I not wanted the vehicle I wouldn't of stayed as long as I did. Funny thing is the 4th and final day I had had enough. The lack of UNPROFESSIONALISM was UNBEARABLE! Cash in hand and ready to purchase and walked out with no vehicle!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have been to a few dealers and this one is the worst one in the detroit metro area! Mr Glassman really needs to invest in Professional Selling Skills (PSS) for his employees and brief them about fraternization! Well the one I delt with anyway! WARNING... women really shouldn't car shop by themselves.. especially not at Glassman Auto!

Nice and informative sales people. knew everything about the car and really sold me on the benefits of purchasing a Hyundai. Treated me the right way and was very respectful. This was my first car purchase as a single woman and my salesman mike was extremely helpful. I also like the fact that they have several woman service advisors.

the sales guys were amazing when my wife and i stopped in to test drive the new sonata. tom, our sales rep spoke to his manager and they let us take the car home overnight to make sure that it was the right car for us. we came back and got a great price on a 3 year lease, with an option for us to buy it after the lease term. the buyout at lease end seemed to be a really great price for a new model, and if we only drive it 10000 miles per year it will probably make sense to buy it when the lease is up. the finance manager arranged everything for us and made it easy to get in an out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes. kudo's on the great treatment and thanks for making us feel good with out purchase.

i bought my subaru from glassman after seeing their ad on tv. they had a great selection and my salesman fred was awesome. he intoduced me to the service manager and i even met mr. glassman while i was there. very impressed with the personal attention i received. they couldnt have been any nicer to me and my family.

I am over 50 years old and have bought over 20 cars in my life and never have I been treated with such honesty and integrity as when I purchase my Hyundai at Glassman. My salesperson was perfect and even the manager and owner Thank me personal. Since then I have been back for a oil change and the service people where as nice as sales. I just took my car to service still outstanding service

My wife and I recently leased a Saab 9-3 from Glassman Saab. We had done our research, so we knew pretty much what we were looking for- the staff not at all pushy and even let us take two test drives in one day (so my wife could check out the car). We wound up purchasing it that night, and the whole process couldnt have gone smoother.

We have only had to have it in once since March (for a gas sensor light), and the service department was equally nice.
