Finding a good, reliable used car at a fair price these days is a challenge. I searched for several months before finding the auto I was looking for at Southgate Ford. I can't say enough about this dealer and the salesperson Dave. They were professional, fair and honest and even made a requested repair to the vehicle prior to delivery. Even though this dealer is 30+ miles from our home, we will definitely go to this dealer before many closer to home because of the great experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Horrible. Bought a new 2011 f150 and has been in the shop 3 times...2 undoc. just for test drives.they kept saying it was normal, the problems that we ocurred. Contacted a lawyer and took it in at another dealership. Took it to Ford taylor and they ended up having to change the driveshaft on it. Now it is fixed. I would never recommed this dealer. Will be contacting BBB \n\n

Worst buying experience I've ever had or heard of. Ken and Randy are a couple of scammers. Almost a $100 difference between the payment they insisted I was lucky to get and the payment they offered the next day. No courtesy at all. Can't get ahold of them to answer a question and hostile if you aren't available for them. They didnt even offer a test drive. Three messages to Joe the Manager after getting the recorded message about how they care about their customers and no reply their either.

The temporary tag expired yesterday. What do suppose my chances are in getting the plate that I payed for?

I bought a used car 57 days ago. So far windoW mAlfunction, putting in 3 quart of oil Every 8 days, radiator hosE busted twice in 2 dAys, short in rear taillight, now whiStle noise while Driving, rattle in engine, riding horrible 66 month lease I'm lucky if it makes it 2 more months, oh airbag sensor anD instrumEnt pAnel aren't alerting eitheR. And I just went in to buy a cAr that was safe to put my kids in did I mention headlights keep bloWing too

My new car was in the shop 3 times within the first 2 weeks I owned it. The back left wheel/brake was completely locking up. Those 3 times didn't fix the problem. Now there is a very loud grinding noise when the brake pedal is compressed and Southgate Ford calls it "normal"

I bet they would be doing more if it was their personal car making that noise!
