I have been doing business with Novi Motive for years. I started by bringing in my company trucks to them and was so impressed that I started brining in my personal vehicles also . I have always had fast, friendly, honest service. They have certified techs working on your cars and it is much cheaper and friendlier than going to the Dealer. When I have had to bring my kids in they didnt want to leave, they have a great selection in the toy box to keep the kids entertained while you wait. Best place anywhere for anything your car might need, from a oil change to a complete engine, I will always trust them.

Novi Motive is a great place to get your car repairs done.. I had a leak in a tire and the not only fixed it, they didn't charge me!! The employees are very nice! I will come here again!

talked down on me, as if I did not know a lick about cars. pawned me off to others once I was able to get to the bottom of my car situation. Over charged for a "certified mechanic" no refund, once left lot check engine light came on, no more than a mile down the road.

Have had several vehicles serviced there over the years. The folks are friendly, fair, and most importantly honest. They won't try to sell you unneeded services. The prices are less than a dealership with the same level of service. They are the go to guys if you are not sure what is wrong with your car.

After charging me $100 to diagnois a problem they refused to refund my money and were abusive and isulting on the phone. Absolutely not a good place to do business with.
