Worst experience in dealing with a vet in over 25 years. The staff and doctors were very friendly and did seem to care about the well being of the animals, at first. My 18 year old cat was taken in for a check up as well as to get her nails trimmed. She had not been to a vet in several years and the nails were actually growing into the pads of her feet a little bit. When the tech brought her back into the room with "bloody" feet I was very disturbed. This was more than just a "little" blood. There should be an initial evaluation and maybe have a more experienced tech do the harder work. I brought my cat back in the next week for some additional tests and had a conversation with the doctor about the medication. I could not have been more clear, "DO NOT PRESCRIBE CAPSULES - I NEED LIQUID". Because they use an outside service for the medication that my cat was prescribed, guess what showed up on my door step - CAPSULES. You would not believe the back-peddling and passing-of-the-buck that followed. The doctor that prescribed the meds is only in on this day, another doctor made an assumption based off of the chart, an office worker approved the chart but was not the one who called it in, etc. The staff at the vet told me it did not come in liquid form. I called the outside med service and they said they had 6 different flavors of the meds in liquid form that I needed, but that the vet called it in as capsules. The vet made me incur the cost of the wrong medication they called in for me. I have never done business with any company for any reason when the company ordered something incorrect and made me pay for it. Not only is this bad business, it disturbs me that rather than see an 18 year old cat get better, this place was only concerned with money, at the expense of the health and well-being of my cat. They have pretty low pricing, and now I know why. Please avoid this vet if you care about the quality of the treatment that your pet receives.

I think Dr. Wilson is great. If you want a great Dr. sometimes you do have to wait. he is a bulldog specialist so people come from all over and you may have to wait to see him. but it is well worth it. he is like the dog whisperer. Love him.

We transferred to this vet after we moved so it would be closer to our home. I find them to be EXTREMELY disorganized. We had our records faxed from our previous vet a few days before I had a scheduled check up for my cat. I called the day before to confirm they had received them. On the day of our appointment NO ONE could find our paperwork. During my cat's appointment (in June) the doctor didn't even recommend a flea/tick medication. My husband filled out a survey printed out by the clinic checking off for information on boarding, training, etc -- it is now late August and no one has contacted us with information. We also have a dog and knew a rabies shot was due sometime in August. We are used to receiving a reminder notice from the vet to schedule shot appointments. They had filed the original faxed paperwork without noting when our dog's next round of shots were due. No reminder was sent -- we had to call THEM to check on when shots were due (they were OVERDUE as it turned out). Although their location is extremely convenient, I would rather be inconvenienced by a longer drive to an office where I feel confident my pet's best interest is at heart.

New puppy owner and I was walking him trying to figure out where to take him for shots. The vets in my area have very bad reps and are very expensive. One of my neighbors drives out to this vet because they have a great price and are very friendly. Totally worth the drive for me too! So I went to see and not only are they all very nice and easy to work with but the doctors are too! Plus the office is very clean. My whole family is switching vets. He had all his shots as well as getting fixed here.

Dr. Wilson came highly recommended but the staff was very rude and uneducated. I arrived for my appointment on two seperate occassions and both times they didn't have me in the books. I drove over an hour and even called to confirm the appointment but no one knew about it when I got there.

I got 2 different sets of post-surgery instructions and I consistantly felt as though the staff was annoyed when i asked questions. Even the office manager just kept saying "I cant help you thats not my job" I wonder what her job is? I had to look for answers to my questions online when I got home.

My dog still needs one more surgery and dispite the Drs prices and reputation, Im going to look for another facility that is friendly, professional and willing to treat their patients with respect and kindness.

This office was referred to us by Wilson Veternary Hospital in Romeo. We stop in often for our cat's perscription diet food, and they are always accommodating, personable and friendly. Not too mention, their prices really are reasonable. =)

This is a great vet! I heard that they were good with Bulldogs, which I've found to be very true. I liked them so much that I will be switching all of my animals over to this Vet (cats and all)! Plus, they are less expensive than other vets in the area...

We have taken all 3 of our dogs here. They are very accomidating to peoples schedules. You can tell the people that work their love their job and the animals. And they are very reasonably priced.
