Brides By Demetrios

this particular location which i dont know if they have others, was horrible. as soon as i walked in i felt uncomfortable and weird. the employees were just plain out rude and unfriendly. after they had me fill out a clip board of nonsense the sales lady asked me a series of questions which i thought were inappropriate and irrelevent. not to mention their collection is very limited and ordinary. i would never go back there nor would i recommend any bride whos looking for a pleasant experience to go there.

This place is not a place that I will suggest going to. The customer service here was awful. When I walked into the store, nobody spoke, they just looked at me, then once I spoke, they then asked me if they could help me (while looking at my engagement ring..I guess to make sure that I was indeed engaged). They then proceeded to shove a clipboard in my face, told me to fill it out and go sit and look at magazines. Once finished with looking at prospective dresses in the magazines, I was then shown only 3 of the 7 dresses that I wanted to see. After showing each dress, the employee would just kick the dress back into place. Very weird experience, I never went back. I will just go elsewhere for Demetrios gowns.

My wedding was on August 2nd & I couldn't be nothing more but happy! My consultant was so helpful as well as the amazing seamstress, Kendra! She customized a balero for my wedding day and did some extra beading to my dress to make it more personal!

I find it hard to believe that the reviewer before me had a difficult time with Demetrios & the staff. I am in retail & I know about customer service & Demetrios did provide that!
Of course the seamstress is contracted, isn't that how most corporate bridal salons run!?

I have refered all of my soon to be brides to Demetrios. They have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses too!

I would not recommend buying anything from Brides by Demetrios. Their sales people are very helpful when you purchase your dress(s) but that is where it starts. Be forewarned that they have seamstresses who are independent contractors and take the dresses off site. I did not find this out until I had a problem and had to contact the seamstress directly, Demetrios would not help. The minor alterations for my dress cost over $450!! I went with their seamstress because (at the time I thought they were employed by Demetrios) I felt they had a good name reputation.The seamstress would not return any of my calls. The bridesmaid dresses took way longer to come in than promised and the staff (even the manager) was not only helpful but rude. I am not a bridezilla, but I am amazed at the lack of customer service.

It's always so hard to find that perfect wedding dress that makes you just sigh. They have a wide selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and accessories. My friend and I found a wonderful, unusual dress that was in the destination wedding dress section that was perfect for my wedding. They completed alterations for you and hold on to your gown so you don't have to worry about your future husband seeing it before the wedding day. They also have truck shows that let you take a first look at some very new dress styles. The staff was very helpful and very understanding about how hard it is to find THE dress.
